We had a lovely stay at Vista Cave Hotel. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
A special thank you to Senol, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. He really made us feel welcome and was always ready to assist us.
The only downside was the poor soundproofing. We could hear noise from outside the room, which affected the overall comfort.

All the hotel's personnel were very friendly and helpful. But, Cumaz was the number one reason we loved this place! A cute and very kind man who has a gold heart! He was 24/7 available in the hotel's area, and he was willing to help us with whatever we needed. HE EVEN BOUGHT MY GIRLFRIEND A BIRTHDAY CAKE and organised a mini birthday party with one more guest who was having a birthday on the same day!!!! That was well appreciated and something that definitely stood out during our stay in Göreme.
The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable, and has a nice panoramic view. Although it's located on a hill, its access is not difficult, and you can very easily access any point of Göreme within only a few minutes' walking.
The room was big and very comfortable, at a nice temperature and with everything we might need.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! If I could change something, it would be the internet access that disconnects by the time of the check-out, but nothing really important. Also, the terrace could be more cozy with more places to sit, but maybe that was limited during our stay due to the unstable weather. Overall, AN AMAZING STAY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From our (very) late arrival on our 1st night to our departure this hotel went above and beyond. Nothing was too hard. The owner and all the staff were lovely. The view from the roof and the balconies were amazing. I hope one day I can stay again. Loved our stay and would 100 stars if I could.
Nothing.
