nothing to really point out. without a car you need to do a few walks as shops and restaurants are 10-15min but it is beautiful.

the location, we thought that the terrace would have a view and that the house would be closer to the beach haha, but it’s literally just a backyard in an end street.

Beautiful place to spend time in Sellin

This place is wonderful, close to the city center Sellin, the beach and in a calm neighbourhood. The amenities are great, the kitchen is well equipped and the staff taking care of the apt is friendly. I was in touch with the owners as the Umbrella on the Balcony broke over night due to storm and the contact with the owner was also very nice. The place was overall clean! The parking situation is ok, the driveway is narrow, so either you are a good driver or leave the car outside :D

The use of the sauna is not clear or not the greatest. You have to heat up the sauna first, this takes 20min, but you can only put in 2-3 coins that last 12 minutes if I remember correct. Should be optimised so the usage is nicer.

parking, way too tight for a larger car like ours if someone else was already on the drive, damaged my car as well as having to pay as people parked instead of going in the garage.

Wonderful apartment close to the coast

The size of the apartment, the furnishings, the view, the quality of the place, the cleanliness, the free parking, the terrace, the proximity to the water.

The shower water was not warm enough not a single time. Would be nice if shower gel was provided and if we did not have to pay for the sheets and towels extra. Aside from that we loved the place.

Fernseher hatte keine Streamdienste Und wir würden ganz nach unten gelegt was Was hält einfach die Aussicht erschwert hätte

Es war alles sehr schön und pefekt

Es verlief alles total unkompliziert und das auch schon Im Vorfeld. Vermieter war zu der Zeit selbst vor Ort und sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hatte viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge.

Wir haben nichts zu kritisieren!!! Es war alles top!

Enge, steile Auffahrt zu der Wohnung Keine Wendemöglichkeit Wohnung befindet sich, bis auf das Wohnzimmer/Küche, im Keller (Hinweis beim Buchen fehlte) Wohnung ist faktisch nicht barrierefrei Fehlender Insektenschutz im Bad und Wohnzimmer/Küche Bezeichnung der Wohnanlage als "Strandhaus" ist irreführend

Schönes Städtchen, tolle Steilküste, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten - Wir kommen wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse und Möglichkeit der Saunanutzung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Der sehr nette Vermieter war öfter vor Ort und immer ansprechbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden garantiert wiederkommen!

Lieber das Geld woanders ausgegeben.

Durch das Verhalten des Eigentümers, der die oberen 2 Stockwerke bewohnt und alles Kamera überwacht ist ( auch Terrasse ) nicht viel.

- Eigentümers wimmernde Hunde im Zwinger , - permanentes erscheinen um das Haus vom Eigentümer / Familie ( fühlt sich kontrolliert ) - Zimmer dunkel da nur Kellerwohnungen vermietet werden - sehr enge Einfahrt und Parkmöglichkeit

Super schöner Familien Urlaub

Sehr gute, schöne Lage. Viel Platz, auch als Familie. Parkplätze vorhanden und auch gut zu befahren. (keine Ahnung warum da alle meckern) Gastgeber oft vor Ort, sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar und sofort um eine Lösung bemüht. (hatten kurz WLAN Probleme wegen eines Sturms einige Tage vorher)
