La predisposición del personal para solucionar problemas y ayudarte en tus necesidades. Pude tener la habitación antes de tiempo y dejar las maletas en el alojamiento después de hora. Si había algún problema con algo del alojamiento eran rápidos solucionándolos. El personal es muy agradable y simpático. La estancia estaba limpia y hacían su mantenimiento diario, tanto de la estancia como del alojamiento completo. El alojamiento está muy bien situado y conectado con muchas paradas de autobús, el tranvis esta a 5 min y una parada de metro al lado. Está rodeado de tiendas y comercios.
El desayuno un poco escaso de fiambre y lácteos pero muy bien en general.
