Vstřícnost hostitelů, velmi přátelské rodinné prostředí. Kvalita snídaní, prostředí - útulný hotýlek a klidné místo, čerstvý vzduch.
Snad jen chybějící sprchový gel v koupelně (pouze tekuté mýdlo na umyvadle).

Hotýlek je kousek od centra Harrachova, příjemné restaurace jsou pár minut pěšky. Také na vycházky má dobré umístění, Mumlavské vodopády pěšky za pul hodinky. Moc jsme ocenili možnost si brát sami v ledničce nápoje a drobné občerstvení. Privátní sauna a vířivka jsou skvělé, je to jeden z hlavních důvodů, proč se stále vracíme.
Jedna z postelí měla velmi nepohodlnou matraci. Druhá byla v pořádku.
