A kulcs felvételnél az irodában nem tájékoztattak, hogy a villanybojlert külön be kell kapcsolni az apartmanba érkezést követően, ezért az első este nem volt melegviz. Az egyik halószobànak nincs ablaka, sötét volt. Az apartmanban nincs mikrohullámú sütő. A fürdőszobàban fürdést követően időnkent csatorna szag volt.
