Perfect apartments for a big company or family

The best place for a holiday in Portorož!
Its location is 300 m from the center and the beach!
Wifi didn't work well, it was constantly disconnected, there were a lot of ants, walls were thin, we could hear everything from the neighbors. Cleaning was not perfect.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Grünen, könnte allerdings wieder einmal saniert werden
Von der Terrasse konnten wir das Meer sehen und die Unterkunft war im Grünen. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und boten genügend Platz.
Die Wohnung wurde scheinbar länger nicht gereinigt. Die Fußböden waren sehr schmutzig und es gab einige Staubfäden. Auch das Badezimmer ist sanierungsbedürftig. Es ist zwar ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden, aber reinigt eher schlecht. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr eng und am besten mit Einweisung zu befahren. Trotz alledem eine gute Unterkunft.

Alles in allem eine tolle Lage, wir würden wieder kommen!
Wir haben uns für diese Wohnung entschieden, weil sie von den Foto´s das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei dieser Nähe zum Meer geboten hat. Die Größe der Zimmer war für uns als 6-köpfige Familie mega und die Grundausstattung der Einrichtung war okay. Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar, und die Klimaanlage goldwert. Den Grillplatz haben wir nicht genutzt. Toll war auch, das es nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter den Parkplatz für ein zweites Auto gab.
Wie wir schon in anderen Bewertungen im Vorab gelesen haben, durfte für uns auch die Auffahrt zur Wohnung schwierig werden. Wir haben einen Scoda Superb, und ich war dankbar, wenn zwei meiner Familie mir sagen konnten, wieviel Platz mir bei den Kurven hinten oder vorn noch bleibt. Jedoch war es machbar, wenn auch nicht so einfach. Die Sauberkeit ist meiner Meinung noch ausbaufähig. Der Boden war nicht gewischt, die Fugen in der Dusche setzen Schimmel an, und auch sonst, habe ich erstmal überall drüber gewischt und Geschirr, Besteck und Kochtöpfe nochmal gespült, obwohl ich da sonst nicht sehr empfindlich bin. Der Wäscheständer hat Roststellen, ebenso die Handtuchhalterung in der Dusche und der Salz-Pfefferstreuer - das wäre schnell mal einfach ausgetauscht.

Nagyon jó helyen volt a szállás, elhelyezkedés, tágas, szuper kisebb baráti társaságoknak és családoknak is. Három külön szoba volt, a nappali és a konyha is nagyon tágas, a terasz is pont jó. Szépen felújított lakás, minden rendben volt vele.
A párnák lehetnének kicsit komfortosabbak. Nem volt az egyik fürdőben kézmosó szappan és elegendő toalett papír sem. A teraszon sok a molylepke este, lehet egy fogót nem ártana kirakni, mert így nem nagyon lehetett kiülni.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Die Lage war soweit o.k. Die Strandpromenade mit vielen Bademöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Einkehrmöglichkeiten direkt am Meer machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
Ein Hinweis auf die sehr enge Zufahrt zum Quartier sollte bereits in der Beschreibung erfolgen, und nicht erst nach Buchung. Die Gartenterrasse ist schön gestaltet, aber leider waren keine Liegestühle verfügbar.
