Terrible Experience – Untrustworthy and Unprofessional

My stay at this apartment was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a rental. From start to finish, the management was dishonest and completely unprofessional.

First of all, they held onto my passport, which made me feel unsafe and trapped. As if that wasn’t enough, when it came time to check out, they suddenly demanded an additional €200, claiming extra charges that were never mentioned in advance. The conditions in the apartment were also far below what was promised. There was no reliable Wi-Fi, frequent electricity issues, and no one ever came to clean the room during the entire stay. Despite the lack of service, we were told we had to fully clean the apartment ourselves before leaving — something I’ve never encountered anywhere else.

the dirtiest property I’ve ever stayed. i asked for the cleaning lady the first day we arrived, they don’t came, asked again the second day, they came but didn’t clean as it should. in 4 days the towels and sheets were never changed.

View from the balcony, helpful staff, spacious 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms appartment suitable for 2 families.

Accessibility: to reach the end of the narrow street where the appartment is located- is a challenge. Air condition was very weak and has only 2 in the living and dining room. One was not cooling at all, so only 1 air conditioner was on maximum all the time and 4 bedrooms were hoot to sleep :( unfortunately wasnt fixed during our stay so we were looking forward to leave this nightmate asap. Could be cleaner: floor is dirty, found even broken pieces of glass in bedroom. Dishwashing mashine inside - never cleaned, disguisting. No dishwashing liquid. Small and unconvenient kitchen. Baths stuck with hair.

Big disappointment

Good location, with beautiful view on the sea - this is the only benefit of this place. Beach just below. Quite nice. Sunbeds and umbrellas extra charged.

The apartment was just dirty and despite asking 2 times to wash at least the floor never cleaned. Spilled drinks, ash from cigarettes, sticky spaces, drain in the bath full of hairs etc. We also asked for additional plates twice and finally heard that is not in standard (in apartment for 8 persons we had 2 dinner plates). I believe that is not excessive request if we are talking about apartment for EUR 300 per night. Parking place offered and reserved in advance (extra charged EUR 15 per night by the way), it's just a plot of land with no parking spaces separated. One word to summarize this is total chaos - cars block each other and each time you want to leave there is time needed as there is neverending jam, you have to find the owner to move the car etc. We were awake one day at 8.00 to move the car as someone couldn't leave. Terrible service. Our contact person (later it ocuured it was manager) was just rude for us, ignorred our request - not helpful at all. Did't explained that in order to have a hot water we need to turn on the botton installed outside each bathroom (maybe beacuse he was drunk when we checked in), so we lost another minutes to contact him, ask to come and explain why there is no hot water. When finally talking to us he was just unkind and arrogant. The apartment itself is old fashioned what is not well presented on the pictures. I'm usually not snippy but this time it was too much. You need to be prepared for extra charge EUR 30 in case of check in ater 10pm, EUR 50 if after midnight (not mentioned anywhere). Generally big disappointment not worth the money spent.

Host didn't let us in on time - check in was at 13, but we had to wait till 14:30 until room was prepared. There were glass shards on the floor in the bathroom. As well as sand in some rooms. Car parking is difficult - you have to go down with car by lift, very tight space.

Lovely beach with great snorkelling, the apartment had stunning views and loved the big terrace. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The restaurant food was very good and the price was ok. The waiters were very friendly and did a great job. We came in May and the place was quiet which suited us. Weather was great.

The management was unwelcoming in comparison to the staff and other places we stayed in Montenegro. Not rude and he was helpful but did spoil the stay a little. The price of parking was 12 euros per night, not 10 euros. There was a charge for sunbeds that I didn't see mentioned in the advert for the place, we used our own towels and went further down the beach. The railing leading down the steps to the beach was broken near the bottom and some litter was on the beach but not the bit owned by the hotel but close, they could easily rectify it to improve the general area and feel of the hotel.

We were suprised its actually a hotel, not private apartment. The kitchen was very small, rooms looked differet than on the pictures, no sea view, little bit crowded area, but still beautifull. On the last day before leaving, at midnight service informed us we have to pay with the card... organizational shortcomings...

Sea is a reason to stay here

Sea view. Without it this apartment worth nothing.

Looks like this apartments were built 10 years ago, and nothing changed since then. Small bedrooms and big living room with sofa covered by leather. Front door covered by rust. We've booked bigger apartment, but they said it was affected by dampness. There not enough space for anything except bed and wardrobe in bedroom.

We booked two apartments with sea view but got none.The building is complicated. Elevator is acessible only by part of the apartments ,not by ours.The opening hours of the reception are not kept.We had to wait nearly an hour to checkout which harmed our schedule severely.

Se încasează bani din taxa de stațiune și din parcare deși mașină a fost în stradă nu în garajul hotelului,nici măcar lîngă hotel..... Televizorul nu funcționa doua zile a fost numai mobilier, perdele rupte,tocurile la geamuri rupte,întrerupător lipsa iar manegerul susținea sus și tare că nu poate încasa bani de pe card ci numai numerar. Nu s-au cerut bani la sosire și nu din vina noastră,apoi din doua în două ore eram apelați să mergem să plătim ba parcarea ,ba taxa de stațiune, ba taxa de oraș..... Nu puteai sta la plaja ,nu puteai sa dormi ,nu sa faci cumpărături pentru că sună telefonul.Bineinteles că în final au fost plătite toate taxele cerute dar stilul de a manegeria asemenea probleme lasă mult de dorit. Cred totuși că noul manager a trecut direct de la munca câmpului la cea de manager ..... P.s-in final s-a putut plăti cu card orice doleanță a managerului....
