Disappointing place

The apartment is located directly on the beach where you can get one parasol with two beds for free, you gotta pay if more needed. The flat is well equipped and recently renovated, its furnishing is modern and nice.

It's a small village where the prices are high but the value you get for the money is low. We used a private parking that our host organised for us, it costed 20 Eur daily/car. The nearby parking lot would have costed more. The beach by the property is quite boring, there is only a single bar operating which is overpriced for that location. We could smell the cigarette smoke from the balcony as it's located directly above the bar. One of the three bedrooms couldn't be used at all because the walls and the ceiling were moldy so we moved the matraces to the living room and slept there. The kids were bitten by insects (surely not mosquitoes) during the night, we hoped they weren't bed bugs... So that the kids moved to the sofa in the living room as well for sleeping.

The bedrooms let the property down unfortunately - they are very dark and one smells of damp, very basic beds and mattresses, old bedding that doesn’t fit the beds, no curtains in one of the rooms just a net one. Terrace needs a good clean and is a bit crumbly. It’s a shame as the rest of the apartment is lovely.

Apartamento precioso, nuevo y ubicación inmejorable, la propietaria muy amable. Las vistas y la playa justo debajo del balcón fantásticas. Volveremos sin duda .

Super ubytování, pláž, výhled

Skvělá lokalita přímo na pláži s výhledem na Sv. Stefan V rámci ubytování jeden set slunečník a 2 lehátka na baru pod apartmánem. Hlásit se Markovi. Případně využít volnou pláž kousek o apartmánu. Krásné moře, které bylo každý den jiné. Ale vždy teplé. Skvěle vybavený apartmán - myčka, pračka. Apartmán je částečně zahlouben, takže v něm bylo stále příjemně, stačila puštěná klimatizace v obývacím pokoji.

Parkování není v ceně, toho jsme si nevšimli. Paní Olga jej zajistí u souseda ve stále rozumné vzdálenosti od aparmánu. Lokalita nemá promenádu. Jsou zde asi 2 obchody, několik restaurací. Dům má zřejmě několik majitelů, vstup do apartmánu je přes společný balkon. Ten náš byl ovšem již neprůchozí. Drobné mouchy k opravě jsem nahlásil majitelce. Ještě přidávám jednu klasiku, co nebývá v žádném ubytování. Brousek na nože :) Jsou strašně tupé, proto řadu let vozím vlastní nůž.
