The breakfast was really nice, I did have the traditional each day and it was cooked perfectly. The location was just outside the city walls but only a ten minute walk passing a very nice pub on the way. Our host was superb and very helpful. A really enjoyable stay in York helped by this accommodation.
Nothing stands out as a issue for me.

The room was freezing and the shower was slow if it dripped any slower it would of stopped.The "6"channel tv wasn't so great neither..
