We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts deserve special mention: they were responsive and ready to help around the clock. Every request we made was fulfilled immediately and without hesitation. Their client-oriented approach is truly remarkable.

The host was fantastic – communication was excellent, and they were very nice and helpful in every matter. A guaranteed parking space was provided, which is a huge plus considering how ridiculously hard it is to find parking in this city. They offered either an underground garage or parking outside the building. The flat itself was a great size, very clean, and had a wonderful view from the 4th floor overlooking the sea. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and a grocery shop. I will definitely come back here if we ever decide to stay in this city again. We travel a lot, and I haven’t seen such a clean, well-maintained, and well-looked-after property in a long time. Absolutely amazing – full respect to the owners!

If I had to mention anything, the only real struggle was the lack of any kind of coffee machine. The kitchen bin could also be a bit bigger, though I imagine it’s kept small because in the hot weather waste might spoil and smell quickly – so maybe it’s actually better to empty it more often.

Perfect, strongly recommend

The apartment is clean, beautiful and fully equiped with apsolutely everything. Beach is located 5min of walk, while the owners are really nice and fully cooperative. We were at Viola Di Mare previous year and as it was beyond our expectations, we came back again this year :)

Everything was great! Spacious and comfortable apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent location.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Having a garage available was a big plus. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Definately worth it :)

Nice apartement close to the beach (5 min walk). Svetlana was very helpful, even she doesn't speak english, but we managed to understand each other :) We were waited by a very nice plate with ham and cheese and a bottle of wine which was very great and kind after a long day we spent on the day of arrival.

Prelepo uređeni apartmani, sve je novo i funkcionalno. Ima puno prostora sa velikom terasom. Izvrsna lokacija i blizina plaže, prodavnice, apoteke, šetališta i restorana. Objekat se nalazi u mirnom delu ulice tako da se čovek može lepo naspavati i odmoriti. Klimatizovane prostorije, čiste, sa svim potrebnim a i više od toga. Osoblje objekta je vrlo ljubazno, profesionalno i na usluzi šta god da je potrebno.

Pralka oraz zapas środków piorących. Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne naczynia, zmywarka, kapsułki. Na wyposażeniu suszarka na pranie, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Ręczniki plażowe na wyposażeniu. Pojemne szafy. Apartament z balkonem, krzesła i stolik. Niezwykle sympatyczna właścicielka, w razie potrzeby służąca pomocą. Polecam serdecznie.

Brakowało jedynie lampki w sypialni przy łóżku, co oczywiście nie jest aż tak istotne, aczkolwiek czasami się przydaje. Nie jest to minus, a bardziej sugestia.

Чисто, зручно, гарно обладнана кухня та парковочне місце під будівлею. Два кондиціонера для таких апартаментів то дуже круто, так як температура зовні була 35. Дуже привітний персонал та відмінне відношення до гостей. Парасолька великого розміру для користування гостей приємний бонус. Рецепція викликала позитивні емоції (вода, солодощі чистота та приємний запах)

Все ж таки діти ти спали на дивані який є не надто зручний і трохи розпадався! Думаю його швидко полагодять.

Місце-куди завжди хочеться повернутися!

Заброньоване помешкання перевершило наше очікування! Ми бронювали для 2 сімʼї, і попросили надати нам при можливості номери поруч , також вказали , що подорожуємо автомобілями і потрібні паркувальні місця. Наші побажання повністю були виконані. Дуже приємні господарі -Олександра й Мілена . Нас привітно зустріли і швидко поселили.Апартаменти з 2 кімнат достатньо просторі для сімʼї з двома дітьми. Вразило наявність всього, що необхідно для комфортного перебування ( праску з дошкою для прасування мало де зустрінеш) . В номері чисто й охайно, білосніжна постіль й рушники.Можна ще багато деталей описувати, але краще самим переконатися. Щиро рекомендуємо, ви точно отримаєте задоволення від перебування , бо тут господарі з турботою ставляться до комфорту своїх гостей.

Отличные апартаменты, очень гостеприимные хозяева, учитывали все пожелания, предоставили место в крытом паркинге. Апартаменты обеспечены всем необходимым, бытовая техника, посуда, постельное белье отличного качества. Очень чисто, отличная уборка. Хорошая локация, рядом пляж.

Если вы все еще сомневаетесь, где остановиться на отдых с семьей, надеюсь, этот отзыв станет тем самым аргументом «за». Это место -настоящая находка. Всё на уровне: начиная от базовых и нужных вещей и заканчивая уютными деталями, которые сделали наш отдых особенно комфортным. Фотографии полностью соответствуют реальности, а в жизни - даже лучше. В день приезда нас заселили сразу по утру (за что мы очень благодарны!), а в день выезда разрешили остаться подольше, подготовиться к долгой предстоящей поездке. Это такая забота, которая многое говорит о месте. Номер идеально чистый, в нём есть буквально всё для комфортного прибывания. Электрожалюзи на всех балконах, мощный интернет (роутер прямо в комнате), удобная кухня с плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, посудомоечной машиной. Вся нужная посуда и приборы, всё, что необходимо имеется. На первом этаже балкон очень уютный, с небольшим садиком и боковым видом на море. В номере множество шкафов, есть утюг с гладильной доской, современная техника, качественная мебель. Пляжные полотенца тоже нам предоставили. Парковка у отеля ,и имеется подземная парковка. До пляжа буквально 1 минута: есть мост через дорогу. До ближайшего магазина 5-10 минут пешком. Супер удобно. Соседей не слышно вообще, тишина, покой. Отдельное спасибо администрации - очень вежливые, добрые, отзывчивые, во всём помогали и с заботой относились. Мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями, не просто арендующими. Это идеальное место для семейного отпуска, особенно если вам важны комфорт, чистота, безопасность и тёплый приём. Очень рекомендуем и с удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Sollten wir wieder nach Budva fahren, werden wir versuchen, hier wieder ein Apartment zu mieten.

Eine sehr schöne Apartmentanlage, modern, im Wesentlichen gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die fußläufige Lage zum Strand.

Die Küche hätte etwas besser mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet sein können.. Da wir keine Geschirrspülmaschine im Apartment hatten, wären zudem Geschirrtücher sehr nützlich gewesen.
