הזמינות של המארח הייתה טובה בווטסאפ והביא לנו מה שביקשנו. נתנו לנו להכנס שעה לפני הצ'ק אין, בדקתי בלי ציפיות והסכימו בכיף. גם קיבלנו לבקשתנו דירה בקומה ראשונה שזה היה משמעותי לשבת. המיקום מעולה - הדירה בתוך המתחם של הבית חבד, מעולה לכל מי שרוצה שבת במתחם עם עירוב ומקומות להסתובב בהם. המטבח מצויד מעולה והנוף מהמרפסת יפה

המיטה לא נוחה. הספה בסלון מתפוררת, שמו מעל כיסוי אבל לאורך השהות המשיכה להתפורר מתחת וזה היה ניכר. לא היו מצעים ספייר. (היה אפשר לבקש אך גילינו בשבת ולא היה איך ליצור קשר עם האחראי) בעיקר - התמורה למחיר. כנראה הקפיצו את המחיר בגלל שהות באמצע אוגוסט. זאת דירה בסדר גמור אבל בכל מיקום אחר היינו משלמים עליה הרבה פחות.

ממש מעל בית חבד. זה יתרון שמפצה על החסרןנות שנרשום בהמשך. 3 חדרי שינה . מיטות נוחות. מזגנים טובים.מפתח מכני. קומה שניה. 3 שירותים ו3 מקלחות. חלל גדול.שולחן אוכל שמאפשר ל6 אנשים לאכול.מטבח מאובזר.מכונת כביסה

ידית הדירה מתפרקת. ידית של שניי שירותים מתפרקת ואפשר להעלות בפנים. כיור בשירותים למטה סתום. מים במקלחת של חדר הורים לא יורדים כמעט ומציף את החדר. המארחים לא מגיבים לבקשות - בקשנו עוד ניר טואלט ושמיכה ולא הגיבו גם אחרי 3 ימים, למרות שבקשנו גם כשקבלנו את החדר ושוב בקשנו בוואטסאפ יום אח"כ. למרות כל זה המיקום מעל בית חבד, והמיזוג של הדירה שווים את זה, והיינו באים אליה שוב.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The place is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and responds quickly to any messages, which made communication very easy. There are some areas that should be improved, but the owner’s attitude and willingness to help make up for it. The biggest advantage of this apartment is the view it is truly beautiful and one of the best features of the place. One thing worth mentioning: the closest beach near the apartment belongs to a beach club and is paid. The beaches shown on the map nearby are mainly private beaches belonging to other hotels. The nearest public beach is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, so it is worth keeping this in mind when planning your stay.

For future guests, it would be helpful to have a short introduction or a simple manual (for example, a PDF) with the most important information about the apartment. Some things are not very intuitive, such as the switch for the boiler. A few standard questions that I later had to ask the owner could have been easily avoided with a short guide explaining the basics of the apartment and how things work. some rooms, would benefit from renovation

The amount of space inside the flat was big. There was a washing machine.

Shower did not drain properly. Door handle to the twin bedroom kept falling off leading to my daughter getting locked inside. The bed in the main bedroom was very creaky and loud and the bed sheets didn’t fit properly. No drawer space in my bedroom. Views not as described - my understanding is that this would see the bay to Budva and we overlooked other resorts.
