Fantastic place with an antique vibe. The room was big and comfy and had a door right to the terrace of the inner courtyard. The terrace was absolutely wonderful, set with some tables and chairs, perfect for an evening drink and morning coffee. There was even a shared kitchen with a nice Lavazza coffee machine and capsules included. The location is right in the center, close to the railway station. I'll be happy to stay here again — the host was super easy to communicate with.

sicuramente l'ottima posizione vicino alla Stazione Porta nuova e alla relativa fermata della metrò sono un buon punto di forza, la pulzia della stanza e del bagno erano decisamente soddisfacenti. la cortesia e disponibilità dell'Host Leticia è un'altro punto di forza di questa struttura
aihmè note dolenti; sicuramente c'e bisogno di un bell'intervento di ristrutturazione specie per gli infissi che sono fatiscenti (un'anta della persiana era spaccata completamente), la porta della camera non si chiudeva bene, manca il bidet, e sopratutto manca l'aria condizionata...e se si tiene aperta la finestra c'e troppo rumore., materasso troppo morbido si sprofonda.. questi sono i motivi per cui non sono andato oltre al 7 come voto

La signora Domenica (donna delle pulizie) persona molto cordiale e disponibile, pulizia ok.
Tutto, struttura vecchia e fatiscente, aria condizionata inesistente, si muore dal caldo. Se apri gli infissi sei costretto a tenere la porta-finestra aperta (è rotta) rischiando qualcuno possa entrarti in camera. Davanti al portone c'è frequente puzza di pipì, essendo una zona particolare stando accanto alla stazione di Torino. La colpa non è assolutamente della struttura, ma fossi in loro rivaluterei i prezzi
