La cura dei dettagli è la caratteristica di riferimento, in un appartamento di stile antico ma ben curato. Anche la cucina confortevole nei particolari. Deliziosa la terrazza del cortile interno, silenzioso e caratteristico. Una organizzazione efficiente e un posto centralissimo per muoversi tranquillamente a piedi. Una esperienza da consigliare e ripetere.
È mancato forse solo il bidet nel bagnetto in camera ben ricavato e curato

La signora Domenica (donna delle pulizie) persona molto cordiale e disponibile, pulizia ok.
Tutto, struttura vecchia e fatiscente, aria condizionata inesistente, si muore dal caldo. Se apri gli infissi sei costretto a tenere la porta-finestra aperta (è rotta) rischiando qualcuno possa entrarti in camera. Davanti al portone c'è frequente puzza di pipì, essendo una zona particolare stando accanto alla stazione di Torino. La colpa non è assolutamente della struttura, ma fossi in loro rivaluterei i prezzi
