Just can’t beat the view.

My family and I really loved this property. The view is spectacular!! As a family we tend to get going slower in the morning and have to get back, before we’d like, to get daughter to bed, so having the large patio with awesome view was great for morning coffee and evening wine. While not in the heart of Budva it was just a 10 minute/10 Euro taxi to town. But the property is perfectly situated for Jaz beach visits, less than 5 minute drive. If you don’t know Jaz beach is the best if you want to enjoy the beach and not have people on top of you. Less crowded but still have all the water activities and refreshments. The host is very accommodating, responsive, and helpful.

Nothing major. We had a bird nest in our patio that provided a bird poop spot to avoid. It was cool watched by the birds fly in and out, but I’d suggest at the start of next season trying to prevent future nest. No other complaints.

Stunning View of Sea, Beautiful big garden, location, host and the team are very friendly and helpful, car rental facility by the host, spacious apartment. Team Villa Vanja even went out of the line to book our short stay in mountains, very kind of you.

Really great location with amazing wiew from the balcony. Nice staff.

Air conditioner in one of the appartments hasn't warked properly. Despite few tries of owner to bring a tecnician for fixing, the problem wasn't solved. Not so clean. There was a lot of dust.

Big recommendation!

Our stay in Apartments Villa Vanja was great! The host Zoran was very friendly, helpful and provided us with all information that we needed. When we came there we got an apartment on lower floor which was available when we booked it, but we asked if there was something free on the higher floor. So, from the day after, when one apartment got free we moved in there. Big thanks to our host for that. 😀 The apartment is clean and very well equipped with everything that you need if you plan to cook your own meals. The view from the terrace is exceptional and that is a favourite part of our stay there. Even if you are on the ground floor, you can see the sea, but from the upper floors the view is even more amazing! I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone and I would gladly come back there. 😊

I can't say that I didn't like that, but I would just use this part to point out that if you are planning to come here without a car, expect to do a lot of walking to the beach or Budva. With the car it is easier and more convinient. 🙂

AMAZING!!!

we loved everything! it is the best place for everyone who expects comfort, cleanliness, peace! Villa Vanja is located a bit outside of Budva which turns out to be a great choice for us because we didn't want to be in the centre of the crowd! Beach is really close (20 min hike or 5 min by car). The rooms have everything: kitchen (including stove), kettle, AC, TV, BALCONY! The view from the Villa is exceptiona! We initially planned to stay 3 nights, but we extended our stay to 5 nights (one of the reason was Villa Vanja as well :) ). What we loved the most were the owners: amazing family with really good heart and passion for their business! we wish you all the best and we we will be recommending Villa to everybody who wants to visit the region!

A little piece of Montenegran beauty

Following a nightmare journey we arrived at Villa Vanja in darkness and almost 12 hours later than scheduled. Were greeted by Zoran who immediately made us welcome Zoran showed us to our room and offered us a couple of well needed beers..... We had planned to go out for food but when Zoran returned with the beers and a lovely looking platter of cooked meat, cheeses, bread and fruit (and a couple of shots of his home made fire water) we decided to stay put.... The following day we awoke to the most fabulous view as we were in the mountain overlooking the shoreline of Jazz Beach. I asked Zoran if we could see him to get some information and he promptly arrived at our room to give us some very helpful advice on getting around etc Zoran then took us to the local supermarket to get our essentials and brought us back to Villa Vanja He informed us of a path that he and his friends had made to give access to the beach from the main road so we decided that would be our plan for the day. We made our way down the downhill road from the apartments to the main road and then took the path to the beach. Unfortunately we found the access very difficult due to the gradients and path surface but finally made it down vowing never again...... I in no way want to seem as though I am saying the location of the property is bad, as it isn't, but I would say that next time we will hire a car as we needed to use taxis every time we went out. Having said that Zoran had offered to take us but we did not want to infringe on his kindness We spent the majority of the week just relaxing on Jazz Beach which has a frontline of lovely bars and restaurants which are all competitively priced and offer a good variety of food and drink The average cost of two sun loungers and an umbrella is 15 Euro which we thought was very reasonable On our last day Zoran drove us to Farma Carevic, about a 15 minute drive away. which was an absolutely fantastic restaurant We will definitely be returning

Disappointing

The landlord was very nice

There was a significant smell of chemical cleaning products in the room (my wife got astma attack because of that). Wifi was not working in the room nr.1. There was more garden view than sea view. The nice sea view is visible only floor top floors of the apartment house. If you don't have a car, don't rent there.

Our stay in Villa Vanja was perfect ! We received 2 cold beers after we arrived there, after long day in a car it was the best welcome we could get. Zoran and everyone else are very helpful and kind. Rooms are cosy and clean. AC works fine, and view from balcony is very cool. Also there is a lot of parking spots.

I would give it a 20 if possible

I would give a 20 if I could. The apartment exceeded all our expectations. The view was astonishing, it felt like waking up in paradise every morning. The host was probably the nicest person we've ever met, gave us recommendations for places to visit, things to do and useful tips. We even got a nice parting gift in the form homemade rakija. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall, a very pleasurable experience and we will definitely be coming back.

Every thing was perfect!. The sea view was amazing and this was the outstanding feature. The apartment was very good value for money. Our stay much exceeded our expectations. Zoran the owner and his family were very nice and friendly people. They were always there for help and advice. We felt ourselves between our family. They did above and beyond of what we asked. Great value, not far from Budva and the most amazing hosts.

Our wonderful hosts really couldn't have been any more friendly, helpful or welcoming. Great homemade wine and grappa, fab views and only a couple of miles from Budva town. A really good sized room with balcony too!!

The pillows were a little lumpy and room a little chilly, though the latter was probably due to the unseasonably bad weather we had during our stay. It wouldn't stop me staying again.

Piękne miejsce z niesamowitym widokiem na morze! Pokoje przestronne, czyste i bardzo dobrze wyposażone – w łazienkach były nawet balsamy i żele, a w pokojach kapcie hotelowe. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, z ekspresem i kapsułkami do kawy. WiFi działało bez zarzutu, co też było dużym plusem. Świetny kontakt z właścicielami – mili, pomocni i zawsze dostępni. Położenie wysoko, ale dzięki temu wspaniałe widoki z dużego tarasu – idealna baza wypadowa, najlepiej autem. Nie mogliśmy ustawić żadnej tv, ale to może nasz brak umiejętności w tym temacie. Poza tym idealnie!.

Vue imprenable sur la mer avec coucher de soleil, hôte très accueillante qui parlait français et qui nous a proposé un autre logement disponible avec une vue encore meilleur que celui que l'on devait avoir, recommandation de restaurant et plage qui nous a permis de facilement nous promener, proximité avec la ville de Budva, buanderie à disposition avec machine à laver, lessive tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber! Komplette, modern ausgestattete Wohnung. Küche, super bequeme Matratze. Vanja ist immer da und sehr nett. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist perfekt!!! Auch eine Empfehlung zum Essen, goodfathers.goodfood (Instagram-Seite) liefert kostenlos in die Wohnung, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet!

Der Strand ist nicht in der Nähe, wir müssen mit dem Auto fahren. Weniger als 5 Autominuten vom Jaz-Strand entfernt, aber der Strand ist perfekt.

Чистые и ухоженные апартаменты, очень красивый вид на море и горы, приятная хозяйка. Есть трансфер от и до аэропорта если вам нужно. Ваня встретила нас с аэропорта с холодной бутылкой воды, что было очень кстати. Хозяйке можно написать в любой момент и попросить то, что вам нужно, сразу принесет. На машине можно доехать до пляжа за 5 минут, рядом есть 3 пляжа, один из них песчаный. Машину можно арендовать тоже в любой удобный вам момент, мы арендовали на 3 дня Красивые ближайшие к апартаментам пляжи. На территории апартаментов есть сад с ягодами и фруктами, а так же гриль, где можно пожарить мясо. Больше всего поразил вид из окна, я в него влюбилась. Ниже прикрепила фотографию вид снизу, где находится вилла

Далековато идти до моря пешком, сначала по асфальтной дороге, а потом крутой спуск вниз с горы, особенно тяжело подниматься вверх. Из минусов в номере был чайник у которого не закрывалась крышка и он не выключался сам. Холодильник очень маленький и в морозильную камеру практически невозможно было что-то всунуть, потому что там было много льда. Очень маленький напор воды в апартаментах, долго приходится мыть посуду. В ванной комнате не было шторки на душевой кабинке, пока все искупаются в ванной уже потоп. В апартаментах были ножи, которыми невозможно было что-то нормально отрезать. А ещё рекомендация от себя, когда куда-то уходите лучше закрывайте двери балкона либо же убирайте со стола всю еду, потому что пока мы гуляли по городу, зашли два кота и утащили больше килограмма свинины, которое лежало размораживалось
