Staff was incredibly hospitable, and well trained. The housekeeping staff named Sean was especially helpful. The gym was also nice and satisfactory. The breakfast bar was large and variation was nice.
This is my fault but I wish I'd chosen a simpler room. The red room was a bid gaudy and restless. The room mini-fridge did not get cold at all, so it was hard to store something to keep cool and refreshing. I asked the fridge to be exchanged to be colder, but to no avail. Also a baby cockroach was in my room...

There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, which makes the location very convenient for dining and daily necessities.
The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. For example, the bathroom door did not close properly, and there was a large gap that made it possible to see through, which affected our privacy and comfort during the stay.
