Budget choice for the proximity to the Ipanema beach

The location of the apartment is really good, just a 4 minute walk to the Ipanema beach. The host and the doorman were really nice and helpful, and they helped us with suggestions on tourist attractions and problems that we encountered during the stay. The room is very clean, equipped with washing machine, stove and microwave.

The furnishing is a bit old, and the water pressure is not high enough. Occasionally, there was water shortage followed by rusty water. The stove is only lit by matches, which I find really retro and unsafe.

The apartment was older are in reasonable shape. The only negative was the bathroom was so small and crowded with the washing machine in the bathroom. Location was great. Windows are good to see out but older and don't keep heat out and ac is very noisy.

construction acores the street very(!) loud every workday. the AC is a bit weak so you need to run it full force which adds to the noise.

Rio is great, delicious Restaurants and a Long Beach.

The Taxi did just drop me off in front of the door. Everything prepared including WIFI Password. The Host helped me with my broken mobile Phone to get repair the Display. Weakly cleaning really good. Not common on that level in the World.

Bigger room with Window to the Sea, but also more expensive.

Super close to shops and the beach and the hammocks pretty neat!

The photos made us think there was two separate rooms with a double bed in each but it’s actually one room and the couch.

Localización increíble y muy cómodo.

Localización muy buena, portero 24h y camas cómodas, cerca de lugares para comer o beber algo. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, tenía lavadora que nos fue muy útil.

Quizás se escucha algo de ruido de la calle, pero por la noche se puede descansar bien, los lugares animados más próximos cierran pronto.

Muito bonito, limpo e ótima localização. Duas quadras da praia e uns cinco até o metrô. Lanchonete ótimo diretamente em frente do prédio.

Entrada só a partir das 15hrs. Poderia ser um pouco mais cedo, tipo 13 ou 14 horas.

Gostei do atendimento , muito solícitos , ótima localização . Tinha 4 tolhas disponiveis , sabonetinhos descartáveis , papel higiênico sem o limite de 2 rolos

Era um apartamento mais simples , sem grandes conforto e decorado, mas ok acho que poderiam trocar o acesso de chave por senha p/ facilitar ..
