After confirmation of the reservation, for building security reasons, it will be MANDATORY to send a copy of a photo ID (passport, driver's license, or identity card) of the person responsible for the reservation to the host for access to the building.
The same document must be presented by all guests at reception at check-in to receive the access code to the apartment.
- The apartment is entitled to 01 parking space; if using it, please inform the make, license plate, and color of the vehicle at reception.
- When using the building's common areas, please understand and respect the rules established by the condominium.
- 24-hour concierge service hrs.
- Daily Cleaning Service 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Coffee Shop on the rooftop 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (except Mondays).

Linens:
During your stay, a kit with bed linen is provided for each room, and 1 kit of bath and face towels for each guest.
There will be no exchanges during stays of less than one week, however, if you wish to make an exchange, an additional fee of 100 will be charged. The price is R$ [amount] per kit. If you only want to change the towels or only the bed linens, the price is half, i.e., R$50 per kit. Just let us know the day before you would like to make the change so we can send the additional charge. Once payment is confirmed, housekeeping will make the change the following day. During your stay, the housekeeper will perform basic cleaning and tidying of the unit. If you do not want this, please inform reception. This basic cleaning and tidying is already included in your stay. It is not permitted to take bath towels to the beach. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (subject to a fine of $150,00).
