Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich super – sehr zentral und gleichzeitig fühlten wir uns jederzeit sicher. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Security im Haus: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm im Umgang. Das hat definitiv zu einem guten Sicherheitsgefühl beigetragen.
Leider war es nachts sehr laut, da die Fenster kaum isolieren und Geräusche von außen deutlich zu hören sind. Außerdem ist die Ausstattung insgesamt schon in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Preisniveau.
Ein weiterer Punkt: Bei einem Aufenthalt von 6 Tagen war lediglich eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, was deutlich zu wenig ist und nicht dem entspricht, was man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten würde.

La ubicación es excelente, el check in automático con clave es muy práctico y con personal de seguridad 24 horas, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y la ducha caliente también. El departamento es bonito y el personal está disponible via whatsapp para solucionar problemas (por ejemplo enviaron un técnico para arreglar la pileta de lavar de la cocina).
La cocina es bastante pequeña, sería bueno que agreguen otra banqueta para desayunar y que el microondas se pueda ubicar en otro lugar para que se pueda abrir más fácilmente. También sería bueno que cambiaran la película del vidrio de la ventana porque no se ve nada con la ventana cerrada. Es una calle bastante ruidosa.

The apartment needs renovation; several things weren't working, and it needed a more thorough cleaning.

"The location is very well located in the center of Ipanema, 4 min walk to the Metro Nossa Senhora da Paz, 5 min walk to the beach and you can buy many things to many shops around (fruits, water, etc)"
