Studio aconchegante ao lado da praia de Ipanema

Localização perfeita, perto da praia (posto 10), rua tranquila e segura, no coração de Ipanema perto de Supermercados, restaurantes, bares, farmácias, shopping Leblon, transporte público, 5 minutos de caminhada até a lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, 15 minutos do Arpoador e Copacabana. Muito fácil para se deslocar tanto a pé como metrô, ônibus ou Uber. Ficamos muito satisfeitos, o estúdio é excelente, bem equipado, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho de boa qualidade, banheiro grande, muitos armários, cozinha tem tudo e o anfitrião deixou cápsulas de café como cortesia.

O colchão de molas está mole e começando a afundar no meio, seria interessante revisar, mas nada que comprometa a estadia.

Muy limpio y bien ubicado

Todo muy bien. Quizás recomendaría que tuvieran un quitasol y dos sillas para que el visitante no requiera estsr constantemente arrendando ek la playa y su estancia sea mas cómoda.

The location being so close to ipanema beach was fantastic. It was so nice to just be able to step outside and walk on the beach. The staff is so communicative and helpful I cannot say it enough times. Fantastic rental management.

If you want the beach, location is brilliant, 2 minutes walk, literally! If you you want a good selection of restaurants,  bars and cafes, location is great. The security staff at the front of the building are helpful and friendly. Because of the location I suppose you would have to say that the price you pay is very reasonable.

Unfortunately there is not many positive things to say about the apartment. It has a very grubby feel to it. Everything looks worn and has seen better days. Be careful when removing electrical plugs from the wall because the whole socket starts to come away from the wall as well!? You are basically staying in a wide corridor. This is evident in the photographs and see the bed which is a 4' 6" width. My wife and I are fairly small people but a larger couple could have problems! The communal waste shute and general waste cupboard is right outside your door but when being used sounded like it was in your room! No kettle.....
