Property is exactly like how it appears on the photo. The staffs are always available for help and all requirements are completed honestly and asap. Very spacious flats and had utensils as well

Super Convenient for Family Stays near Budva

The apartment was perfect! New with everything needed for a family stay. The location is very convenient and the parking option very useful. Not on the main road, so there is no street noise. Even at the first floor view is good. Bakery and Supermarket very near. Becici beach is 5' walk. Basketball and football field just 80m away. On top of everything, Stefan at the reception was super helpful and proficient

The pool policy... There is a charge of 5€ per person per day for the pool usage, ie 20-25€ extra per night. They should revisit their policy - it is not that an attractive pool

The bed linen and towels are worn out and really need to be replaced, and the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, which left a poor first impression.

Komfortowe mieszkanie w super cenie, wybrałabym ponownie

Komfortowa baza wypadowa oraz na odpoczynek po zwiedzaniu pięknych okolic. Super miła obsługa na recepcji, szybka reakcja na nasze pytania, bezproblemowo. Fajnie, że w mieszkaniu jest pralka.

Wszystko nam się podobało! Dodałabym tylko haczyki na ręczniki w łazienkach i większy nóż do np. chleba.

Rozczarowana

Apartament jest duży z 2 łazienkami. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży i sklepów.

Za korzystanie z basenu pobierana jest dodatkowa opłata!!! Na basen nie można wnieść żadnych materacy, kółek czy jnnych zabawek do wody. Obiekt nie udostępnia też żadnych swoich sprzętów. Kuchnia bardzo słabo wyposażona, mało naczyń, na 5 dni pobytu mieliśmy 3 kostki do zmywarki. Słabo posprzątane, brak odkurzacza czy chociażby szczotki, żeby w trakcie pobytu sobie sprzątnąć. Personel średnio zaangażowany. Po zgłoszeniu, że z termy kapie woda, Pan w recepcji powiedział że nic nie szkodzi, żeby coś sobie podstawić, w efekcie jedna łazienka była ciągle zalana.

Бесплатные пляж но без удобств. Рядом есть платные места два шезлонга и зонт от 10—30Евро день

Это аппартамент как квартира, завтрак не включен был. Квартира очень просторная и удобная. Все новое. Кровать и матратц комфортные. Наша комната смотрела сразу и горы и на море на 5 этаже. Обзор был отличный. Широкий балкон. По утрам и вечерам приятно пить кофе или чай в двоем. Кухня небольшая, но комфортная. Плитка электрическая, разогреваться очень быстро. Холодильник хороший, на семью 2 взрослых и 2 детей, которые два раза утром и вечером питались дома холодильник вполне хватало. Есть собственный бассейн за отдельную плату 10Евро день.

Wifi на балконе плохо ловит. Не всегда на ресепшене есть консьерж обратиться за помощью. Туалетная бумага не очень хорошая. Разваливаеться. До пляжа далековато, около 800 метров.

Alkusiivous olisi voinut olla parempi, sohvan alla oli likaa. Keittiön varustetaso huono, ei myöskään mikroa. Seinät tehty paperista.

Впервые сталкиваюсь с тем что туалетную бумагу надо приобретать самим ,нет специальных полотенец под ноги в душе постоянно где то бежало то с бойлера то на балконе ,на кухне нет самого элементарного разделочной доски и нормального ножа кухонных ножниц

Hormis les points négatifs on a quand même passé un bon séjour

Appartement spacieux , literie confortable

Manque beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine , serviettes de douche petites , à l’arrivée sol pas nettoyé pas de draps pour dormir fallait réclamer le lendemain , pas de tapis de Ain ou serpillière pour essuyer l’eau après la douche ( douche italienne après les douches) parking payé à l’arrivée mais très difficile de trouver une place

Personeel/host was (op z’n zachtst gezegd) onaardig en onprofessioneel. We werden op dwingende toon aangesproken en zelfs uitgescholden voor “stupid” en “niet normaal”. Absoluut onacceptabel. De accommodatie is misschien geschikt voor één nacht, maar niet voor langer verblijf. Eén douche werkte helemaal niet, de andere gaf alleen koud water. We vroegen meerdere keren om iets simpels als een stofzuiger, maar kregen niets. Let op: je moet extra betalen voor gebruik van het zwembad én zelfs als je alleen op een ligbed of onder een parasol wil liggen. Het staat nergens duidelijk aangegeven hoeveel het kost om bij het zwembad te zitten. Daarnaast is de afzuigkap niet aangesloten op een afvoer en blaast alles weer terug in de woonkamer. Tijdens het koken blijven alle geuren in de ruimte hangen, wat het verblijf erg onaangenaam maakt. Tot slot: de badkamer had geen gordijnen, waardoor je vanaf het balkon/buiten gewoon naar binnen kon kijken. Afspraken over betaling en faciliteiten werden niet nagekomen. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug en raden dit verblijf zeker niet aan.

Im großen und ganzen ok aber man muss auf jeden Fall mit zusätzlichen Kosten rechnen. Wir kommen sicher nicht mehr!

Die Lage war ok, das Apartment war sehr geräumig und groß. Neu eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Der Pool kann nicht gratis genutzt werden und muss bezahlt werden, 10€ pro Person. Die Handtücher waren neu und ungewaschen. Als wir neue Handtücher wollten, bekamen wir nur kleine und erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bekamen wir große! Wir bezahlten für den Parkplatz hatten jedoch nicht jeden Tag einen! Weiters dachten wir bei einer 4 Sterne Unterkunft ist ein Pool dabei und auch gratis zum nutzen.. leider war das nicht so!

מלון חדש החדרים והציוד חדשים ובמצב מעולה. חבל שהם נופלים בדברים הקטנים שניתן לשפר בקלות.

ביקשו 5 יורו עבור כניסה לבריכה. אין פחים בחדרי השרותים והשינה. ניכנס אור חזק בבוקר אין אטימה לאור. הטוש בשני המקלחות היה מקולקל. נתנו סדין דק לשינה ולבקשתנו הוסיפו שמיכה בצורת מגבת ענקית.

הדירה מושלמת ומרווחת יש מכונת כביסה ומתלה כביסה כיריים, מדיח כלים ורוב כלי מטבח שצריך(אנחנו לא השתמשנו) מיקום מעולה 10 דקות הליכה לחוף הים סופר מרקט לדברים בסיסיים (בלבד) בתחילת הרחוב פתוח 24/7 7 דקות נסיעה לבית חב"ד מיטה מאוד נוחה, מזגן מעולה ושקט מאוד קיימת אפשרות לחניה תמורה 10 יורו ליום יש בריכה בחזית הבניין עלות 5 יורו לאדם ליום אבל יש חניה בשפע לאורך הכביש לא רחוק מהדירה מרחק 2-3 דקות הליכה היתה לנו בעיה אישית והבעלים עזר לנו בשמחה סה"כ דירה שווה ומומלצת
