Poor menagment of apartments with great potential

My two nieces and I stayed for 12 days/11 nights in the Deluxe Apartment. The area is very quiet with walking distance to the local bakery, a couple of small shops, a large grocery store and the beach. The host was waiting for us and helped us with our luggage, which we appreciated very much.

I don't know where to start...The first shock was when we discovered that there was only one (1!) roll of toilet paper in the apartment. We thought that the hosts might bring more rolls eventually. After a few days we realized that they obviously thought that 1 roll should be enough for three female guests for 12 days, so we bought our own. Trash bin was not emptied once, the towels and sheets that were provided should apparently be sufficient for the entire stay. According to the apartment description there were two single beds and a double bed, but in fact the "double bed" was a sofa bed and one of the two single beds was on the floor, with an old rusty mechanism, so we couldn't lift it up. The internet connection was extremely poor, with frequent disconnections, so my nieces had to run down to the host every now and then to ask him to fix it. We had internet connection maybe 30-40% of the time we spent in the apartment. The apartment was in worse condition than pictured, instead of seaview we could admire a high building. All in all - expect very poor internet connection, buy your own toilet paper, prepare yourself to empty the trash bin and to use the same towels/sheets during the whole stay. This is completely unacceptable, which is why we would not stay here again.

Very fine vacation in Budva/Becici

Villa is very beautiful. Big rooms; very well arranged. Clean white sheets. Air conditioned. Kitchen is fine equipped. Free parking place at the property. Close from market/supermarket. Very communicative owner (many thank to Danilo). Not far away from beach. Becici have the most fine beaches in Montenegro, by my opinion. Close from Budva which is the most animated seaside resort.

Villa have to solve a few issues, small details, to complet an exceptional evaluation.

Rezervasyon yaptık ve kesinlikle telefonlara cevap vermedi.Saatlerce bekledik, bina zaten aşırı döküntü gözüküyordu.ücretsiz iptal yoktu ortada kaldık. Hemen caddenin karşısında çok güzel bir yer vardı oranın güvenliği yardımcı oldu orayı kiraladık ve iyiki burada kalmadık. Orası çok güzel ve nezihti aslında bize iyilik yaptı. Türk olduğumuz için yaptığını düşünüyorum.

Apartament nie ma 45m2, jak w ogłoszeniu. Ma dużo mniej. Nie ma dwóch sypialni, a jedna i część dzienną z kanapą, jako miejscem do spania. Klimatyzacja jest tylko w jednym pomieszczeniu. Apartament jest położony więcej niż 650 m od linii brzegowej (a nie 300 jak w ofercie ). Nie ma widoku na morze.

On a à aime la terrasse qui est fort agréable et l Acceuil de notre hote

En fait le appartement est déclaré comme ayant 2 chambres. Hors il y a 1 chambre avec 2 petits lit et un canapé lit dans le salon. De plus le canapé lit ne possède pas de draps assez grand et à toujours son enveloppe plastique

Romana-am primit altceva decat ce am reservat, murdarie, mobila veche, matrate unde dormeam mizerabile,departe de plaja, fara vedere la mare (propietarul trece pe site informatii false) Srpski-dobili smo sasvim drugo od onoga sto smo rezervisali, prljavo, stari namestaj, duseci gde smo spavali mizerija teska, objekat daleko od plaze, nema nikakvog pogleda na more,samo zgrade ispred (vlasnik neljubazan, daje lazne informacije na sajtu u poredjenju sa realnoscu) Deutch- wir haben komplet anderes bekommen als wir reserviert haben, schmuzig, alte furniture, mizerabile schlafmatrazen, haus weit von strand, keine *seeview* so wei besitzer am seite posted englisch- we became somthig else and not what we reserved, everything dirty, old furniture, sleepmatraze mizerable, fahr from the beach, without seeview just the buildings around(the owner present totaly other in the pictures as in reality) SEE REAL PICTURES, VIDITE REALNE SLIKE, schauen SIE DIE REALE FOTOS, VEDETI POZELE REALE
