Great stay 1 minute from a beach

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and most importantly extremely close to the beautiful beach. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, pretty big balcony. The air conditioner works perfectly both in a bedroom and living room. Perfect for long and short stays.

We had a baby crib that potentially could have some bugs that bit mi kiddo. There were no bites since I stopped putting a child there. Also, I would suggest owners to leave some basic supplies like trash bags, shower gel and shampoo.

It is in crowded area so can be noisy sometimes. Parking is an issue but they provide a parking lot for a certain price.

Отличное расположение, приятный интерьер, новое здание с лифтом. В целом ОК вид из окна гостиной в сторону моря, окна спальни выходят на паркинг, но тихий. В квартире есть базовый необходимый минимум, без излишеств. До пляжа 2 минуты пешком, в здании есть паркинг, в 5 минутах ходьбы 2 магазина

Общение с владельцем. Было ощущение, что меня отчитывают не понятно за что. В апартах жила моя мама, мы с мужем снимали жильё у других хозяев в этом же здании. Когда заезжали в апарты Lora, Андрей (владелец?) сделал замечание, что мы опоздали на 5 минут и ему пришлось нас ждать, допытывался кто точно будет жить в апартаментах, несколько раз повторил, что жить тут может только 1 человек, хотя мы уже были с ключами от наших апартаментов в руках и без чемоданов. Попросил написать в букинг ФИО проживающего, потому что бронировала я со своего аккаунта, а так нельзя (можно, но переубедить его не удалось), в общем начал наш отдых с какой-то неприятной мелочности, которая заметна и в жилье. В апартах был 1 рулон туалетной бумаги, 1 рулон бумажных полотенец для кухни, но не было ни стирального порошка, ни капсул для посудомойки. Про кофе, чай или хотя бы бутылку питьевой воды можно даже не думать. Разительный контраст со вторыми апартами, где были другие хозяева, а в холодильнике была вода, вино и фрукты + всё необходимое для стирки/уборки, при сопоставимой стоимости. Ну и в 9:50 маму попросили освободить апарты, хотя выезд в 10:00, что не критично, но учитывая общее отношение, не приятно.

Veliki i dobro opremljen apartman smesten u novoj zgradi na 1. spratu sa liftom .Zgrada je na 70 m od setalista , restorana i plaze ali nema buke.Apartman ima sve od kuhinjskog pribora, aparata za spremanje hrane, masine za sudje i masine za ves, pegle. Spavaca soba sa velikim i udobnim krevetom, bas veliki garderober. Apartman ima dva tv aparata koji rade preko interneta odgovarajuce TV app tipa EON, IRIS a dostupan je i Netflix za sve koristite licni nalog. Terasa je velika ima delimican pogled na more. U blizini do 70 m dva marketa. Autobuska stanica na 100 m iznad na 15 min prevoz ka Budvi.
