Sea view Apartments Rafailovici

The apartment has an excellent location with a beautiful view over Bečići Bay. It is right on the seafront, and the terrace faces west, so it stays pleasantly shaded during the first half of the day, usually until around 2 p.m. In the evening, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sunset. Immediately to the left of the building, there is a small pebble and rocky beach with exceptionally clean and clear water. It is much less crowded than the main public beaches. Sunbed rental is slightly more expensive, but there is also a free area, although it usually fills up very quickly in the morning. Paddleboards are available for rent as well. There is a lovely café directly on the beach with reasonable prices. Instead of paying for a sunbed, you can simply sit in the café, which also has an area where guests are welcome even in wet swimwear. If you do not enjoy spending the entire day on the beach, this location is especially convenient: you can leave the apartment wearing your swimsuit and water shoes, go for a swim, and return to the apartment within a few minutes. The apartment is located in the last building along the marina, where small yachts are moored, and there are several excellent restaurants nearby. A minimarket is only about 30 metres away and is open until 11 p.m. It has almost everything you may need, and there are also two larger supermarkets within walking distance. Every morning, you can buy reasonably priced seafood, including defrosted shrimp, clams, mussels, and fish. A local seller brings it by car from Budva and usually arrives at around 9 a.m. He normally stops halfway between the apartment and the nearest minimarket. The prices are no higher than in the supermarkets. The main public beach is about a five-minute slow walk along the marina. There are many cafés and restaurants along the promenade, although in our opinion, the fish dishes there are overpriced and not really worth the money. The appliances are slightly dated, although everything works perfectly well. The layout of the rooms could also have been planned a little better. However, these are very minor issues and did not prevent us from enjoying a wonderful holiday with an amazing sea view.

I recently stayed at this property and had a fantastic experience. The location could not be better — everything you need is literally on your doorstep. Shops, bars, cafés and restaurants are all just a short stroll away, making it incredibly easy to get around without needing a car. The area feels lively yet convenient, and it was the perfect base for exploring. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite, enjoy an evening drink, or pick up essentials, it was all right there. Overall, a great stay in a superb location. I would happily return.

There were just a couple of small areas that could be improved. Some of the furniture, particularly the sofas, is starting to show its age and would benefit from a refresh. A few extra essentials around the property would also make the stay even more comfortable. Nothing major, but with a little updating it could feel even more welcoming.
