We received all the instructions by Whatsap with the pictures. Key was stored in the keybox, so we were not limited with some time for check-in.

Parking was not easy as it was quite far from the accomodation and we had to walk a bit with all our laguage. Equipment of appartment was not so clean as we are used to (dust, nets, stains on a sofa,....)

Pleasant

Very picturesque place quite high on the mountain. The heart of the old town, there is a very decent restaurant 5 minutes walk from the house, also near the Catholic Cathedral. Not noisy. The apartments have everything for a normal stay.

We arrived at the apartment at 22.30, there were no keys to the apartment in the safe by the door of the apartment. Mistress Sarah had previously reported that the keys would be in the safe, they waited 2 hours sitting on the steps, as the hostess did not answer the phone. The apartments are located very high on the mountain, walking from the lake 15-20 min to a very steep mountain. Climbing on foot is rather unpleasant after swimming and relaxing on the lake. The apartments are very hot and stuffy, but only when the street is more than 30 degrees, the rest of the time is quite normal. The second floor in the apartment is only for children, it is low and extremely stuffy if you do not turn on the fan.

Krásný výhled na jezero a hory. Vkusně a pohodlně zařízený domeček. Soukromé parkování kousek cesty. Perfektně bílé kvalitní ručníky. Hezky upravená postel. Dostatek nádobí. Připraveno: mýdlo, toaletní papír, prostředek na nádobí, houbička, utěrka na nádobí. K dispozici 2 mobilní větráky. Klíče bezobslužně v boxu. Dřevěné spací patro spíše pro děti.

Při příjezdu byla špinavá podlaha včetně zvířecích chlupů. Zametli jsme si. Jinak vše bylo čisté.

Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch und auch muss ich sagen, alles was in den Bewertung als Negativ erwähnt wurde, hat die Vermieterin sich zu Herzen genommen und sofort umgesetzt. Die Kommunikation war zu jederzeit möglich. Sie ist freundlich und es fehlte in dem Apartment an nichts. Ich habe mir die negativen durchgelesen und muss sagen , alles aber wirklich alles wurde umgesetzt. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Und wer sich nun über die Parkplatzsituation beschwert, wir befinden uns in einem sehr alten wunderschönen renovierten Italienischen Dorf und da sind die Straßen nunmehr schmaler als normalerweise. Parkplatz hatten wir fast vor der Haustür weiter oben. Eine Minute, wer nicht den nehmen möchte der zur Wohnung gehört. Wir haben diesen Urlaub genossen bis dann eine Familie nebenan einzog. Das Dorf ist ein wunderschönes ruhiges Dörfchen mit einer Pizzeria/Bar . Das hinuntergehen nach Brenzone war zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einfach herrlich!

Nachbar Apartment war von früh bis Abend Mega laut. Es war eine Deutsche Familie und die waren lauter als Italiener! Die Kinder rannten und schrieen noch nach 22:00 Uhr rum. Für Leute die Ihren Jahresurlaub haben und entspannen wollen ist das absolutes Gift! Aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts. Sie weiß ja auch nicht was oder wer kommt.

Eine nette Wohnung in guter Lage mit kleinen Schwächen bei Ausstattung, Lärm und Parken.

Süße, saubere Wohnung mit guter Lage und schönem Ausblick. Alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar.

Küchenausstattung unvollständig (z. B. keine Schneidebretter, keine Eierbecher etc.), kein eigener Parkplatz, wenige kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, Schlafzimmer zur Straße mit morgendlichem Lärm durch Traktor und ortsüblichen Ape.

Die Lage ist gut, wenn man gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist beschwerlich.

Die Parksituation ist äußerst schwierig. Die Straßen sind alle sehr steil und freie Parkplätze, die kostenfrei sind, sind sehr rar.
