Between 2 different subway lines and near the regional train. Walking distance to port or quick train ride to secondary port. Todis supermarket about 3-4 minutes walk. Very convenient. Despite what others said, the elevator doesn’t require 50. Cent Euro coin to work. Nite: it’s 4 flights up. There is a microwave in hallway if want to get take-away or groceries, with fridge in room.
All good

Handy Location very close to via Toledo and the metro. Air con great. Room fine
The payment isn’t through booking.com unlike all others, you get sent an external link for room payment, which we were a little uncomfortable with. In the end the owners father showed up and took payment from us.
The other issue is that we weren’t forewarned about needing to have a 50 cent coin to use the elevator. We had no change and no means to get our heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs and one of us uses a crutch. So that was a hassle on arrival that we didn’t need
