The staff and the hotel itself is great. It’s good for couples but going with kids I would suggest choosing another hotel.

Service was generally good, except for one issue i encountered. Hotel advertised- "Infants 0-2 years stay for free" and "Children 3-11 years stay for free," however when I arrived the staff said that's only for one child and that I have to be charged extra for at least one child. When I tried to show him their Hotel policy he was disinterested. If the policy is only for 1 child then they should specify it. The fact that their policy has 2 separate headings for infant and children further implies that an infant is counted separately from other children. Also the second heading doesn't just state child, it states children. Almost every hotel allows infants and children to stay for free and i never had to pay extra before. If i wasnt with family i would have left but i was stuck in a bad situation so i ended up paying an additional amount for one of my kids. I was not happy to be put on the spot like this & having to then pay additional. Hotel should either amend their policy as it is misleading or do as they state in their policy. As a lawyer I can state that this is misleading advertisement. It is also a bit difficult to get to with kids if you're using a pram. The hotel is inside the first floor of a building and although has a lift to take you up, if you have a pram you'll have to walk up and down the stairs with it. Other than this, the hotel itself is beautiful, in a good location & staff were good. I would have given them a much better rating if i did not have the negative initial encounter. Infact Silvia from breakfast provided the best service I have encountered at breakfast. I advised her that I have been to almost 50 countries and stayed at hundreds of 5 star hotels, yet her service was number 1.
