    Location is in the heart of the city. The hotel is modern and with beautiful rooms. AC works great just ask for an extra key so you can leave the AC on even when you are outside other wise the rooms get hot as Naples is very warm

    The staff and the hotel itself is great. It’s good for couples but going with kids I would suggest choosing another hotel.

    Spend *** in extra charges to add 1 person for breakfast. Hotel unwilling to accommodate simple request with booking and double charging. The hotel also is in a terrible location inside an old building with no clear signage. Breakfast was basic, And the door to the room didn’t properly lock, so anybody from outside could access Not sure how this hotel got high reviews, it’s terrible
