Proximity to Seven Seas Beach. Portable chairs, beach towels, Guide book, and ice chest for guests to use. Owner responsive and helpful. Everything was quite clean.
The view of gravel parking and the house next door was disappointing. I knew beforehand that it was not on the beach. Low-budget stove seemed a bit unsafe: I personally had trouble balancing hot pots on the thin burner grates; no potholders. (The mechanical function of the stove seemed perfectly fine.) All plastic bowls, plates, cups.
