The apartment is located on the second floor Suite 215 of the building complex which is next at walking distance to El Conquistador Resort. Is also Situated in the famous Las Croabas, very close from San Juan and Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU), near Luquillo beach, Seven Seas beach, natural reserve Las Cabezas of San Juan and El Yunque Rain Forest. Also you can take a ferry ride to or fly to the other adjacent islands like Culebra where you are going to be able to visit Flamenco beach, the second most beautiful beach in the world, also Vieques, St. Thomas, St. Croix, etc.
The Best Coffee-Brunch-Tapas in Town is Cafe Playero Restaurant ubicated at walking distance in Las Croabas. There are plenty of Restaurants close by where you can enjoy the great flavors of our Puerto Rican food. Bioluminescent Bay is also in Las Croabas and is within walking distance of the complex. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s in a great location, close to food and a park, though you’ll definitely need a car to get around.The balcony and view were absolutely stunning, easily the highlight of the stay.There were a few inconveniences. The key situation was a bit frustrating, as you need separate keys for the door, elevator, and pool, and only one set is provided, which can be tough when staying with a group. The sliding glass doors were also very difficult to open and close, and the TV screen was blurry and not in great condition.Overall, a nice place with a beautiful view, just a few things that could be improved.Host was responsive to messages concerning the check in process.

The Host was very pleasant, the view is to kill for beautiful. We arrived just in time to enjoy the 3 kings day festival. Our stay was pleasant, only thing the appliances in kitchen need to be upgraded, other wise our stay was pleasant.

Not equipped for a family. No extra bedding, only had 4 towels for the week stay, no hand towels. Had to buy a pot, since all that was provided was scratched Teflon cookware. The view was great though!
