PROS: The ocean/marina views from inside the house (entire walls of the living area and master bedroom are glass and sliding doors) and from the full length balcony. Note that the sliding doors do not lock; however, the balcony is high enough to deter someone with bad intentions. Everything was CLEAN.
CONS: Quite outdated (the photos don't show this). Examples: faucets coming loose from the wall, a single light in each room, closet doors missing. Take my advice and that of the other guests - do NOT drive up the driveway! I did this once and then parked in front of the house for the remainder of our stay. Once you get up there, it's VERY difficult to turn your vehicle around to a good angle to get back down without damaging your vehicle.
The pros definitely outweighed cons! We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, it was a great property with plenty of room, lovely fruit trees in the yard, comfortable beds, AC in every room. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for the family - a great rental for large families, very comfortable.
NOTES: The Internet is 3/0.7 Mbps Up/Down, not high speed.
The driveway is steep, park on the street side.
The showers are on-demand, not a water tank, so be patient unless you like cold showers.

We were a group of 2 couples and used the house as a home base for daily adventures. Every evening it was a welcome quiet spot to come back to, in a secure gated community. The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening with cocktails. The kitchen was well appointed with a couple of grocery stores nearby. You definitely needa rental car if you are staying here.
