About this apartment rental
This lovely 2 bedroom condo is decorated with the ocean in mind. That's because you are directly on the beach with one of the most beautiful views you will ever experience. Private balcony with amazing panoramic views of the ocean directly in front and coastal views of lush green undeveloped conservation land to your right where you can watch surfers, drink your morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy a glass a wine. This vacation rental is your paradise away from home that allows you to enjoy the luxuries of a comfortable inviting home in a unique location at a reasonable price. Linens, towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys are all included.
Luquillo is a seaside surfing village, a quaint town housing a variety of local flare pubs and restaurants...many of which you can walk to. A short distance away by car or foot is a supermarket and a variety of well known stores for your convenience such as Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, as well as fast food restaurants. Luquillo is home to many festivals and it supports the protection of two kinds of sea turtles that nest on Luquillo beaches. La Pared is located beside the condo complex and is known to be one of the best surfing areas in Puerto Rico. The nearby Kioskos include a number of great restaurants to choose from with ocean views. The El Jungue rainforest is a 10 minute drive away but can be seen from Luquillo.
Our condo is in a gated property with a 24 hour security person on site at all times. It has its own parking space as well. We are happy to accommodate special requests when able. Early check in and late check out free of charge when available. The property manager and cleaner also live close by and are available as needed.

This little apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Yes it only has one bathroom but we made it work. The kitchen was good for cooking things. Getting up into the apartment is some what confusing, as there are two towers. The easiest way we found was to park the car and walk back to the gate and walk up the ramp then enter the doors there and the elevator for our tower was right to the right. Loved all the beach supplies they had there! Also loved the drying rack. Make sure you hold onto the light in the bathroom, when it turns on it starts rocking and making a noise. The beach was beautiful and had hardly any people on it. We got to see sea turtles hatch at night and even collected some sand dollars! Definitely recommend staying here, Monica always answered promptly and was super helpful.

Beautiful oceanfront view from room. Beach was great! Miles of sand. Stayed first week of May 2026 and no crowd at all on beach. No air conditioning in main room but AC in bedrooms worked perfectly. Clean and all amenities. Loved all the available beach accessories available for use. Host was exceptional in communication!

I had an excellent stay at Jeanne’s condo. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the place was IMMACULATE. She thoughtfully provided everything you could need while away from home including a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, beach items such as chairs, a mat, coolers, and I even noticed toys for small children, and extra hygiene items. Her property manager Monica was thorough and communicated with me promptly from when I booked the trip through my entire stay. It was very reassuring to me to have a point of contact who responded as promptly as Monica did. She provided lot of suggestions on things to do locally as well. The ONLY, and I mean ONLY, downside to this experience was the walk from where the parking spot is to where the condo is. It was almost a 5 min walk, up three small flights of stairs and across the property to get to the elevator that takes you to the condo. Which isn’t a huge deal to me but is something to be aware of. Monica suggested that when we had items to carry we drop them off at the front door of the building and then park the car, which worked out well for carrying things such as groceries and luggage in. Overall, I highly recommend this property and host and would love to stay here again!

The unit was great, very clean, well stocked the host was very responsive. We had a minor issue with the AC and the host addressed it after 1 text. Absolutely fantastic experience in the unit. Outside was a different story. The neighborhood is older and showing severe neglect. The property sits right on the beach which is adorned with graffiti and a little clubhouse built of trash complete with a sign that read, “this beach is for locals only”. The beach access is restricted by the facility from 6A - 6P. The elevator was new and hit or miss if it was going to work. The first night there we had to walk to the 11th floor carrying the luggage. I want to emphasize the unit itself was beautiful and perfect for a week getaway with my wife, but I wouldn’t walk around the block at night without your g*n. Again the parts of the area that were of issue had absolutely nothing to do with anything the property owner could control.
