Spectacular ocean views. Ideal for ecotourists. Walk to excursions for Bio Bay

Eunice was a great host with great communication. The property was ideal in a great spot with great amenities. Would stay here again.

The amenities provided and communication by the owner were excellent. The view from the patio is beautiful but unfortunately noise from the large air conditioning unit on the patio, the construction noise and buses running while waiting for incoming passengers from boat trips for El Conquistador detracted from enjoying the patio. The price was discounted due to the construction though. There is also already a large amount of sargassum in the area which would make this unit better for a stay October through April. Overall this was a nice place to stay but I just can’t quite give it 5 stars.

perfect nothing else to say beatiful place and room

Just arrived home and wanted to write this review. Well, we enjoyed the remote sleepy seaport area. The views were spectacular!!!! Before I elaborate on our issues. It’s very important to whoever reads this to understand I've never provided a rating. But traveling outside the US it’s important we get the best service from unfamiliar territories and be protected. We were in the USVI for a couple weeks making our last destination in Fajardo, Puerto Rico before heading home. So, here’s our experience. First off, their pictures they advertised are very deceiving. The place is very dated and the wooden balcony is completely different from their website. The balcony felt unstable especially from 6 stories up. On site it looks new the one in question is weathered in white paint. Once, again the view very SPECTACULAR!!!! Over looking the Palomino Island and Isleta Marina was very impressive!!! So here’s our major issue. We stayed there four days and three nights. Two of those early mornings 7 or 8 am (normal construction times) throughout the day was major construction going on. Now, we had to record this because it was unbearable to sleep. And as I stated we had been traveling for two weeks and were looking for peace and relaxation which didn’t happen on 3/31/26 & 4/1/26. It would have been appropriate to inform future tenants so we would take action. It really was a damper especially on vacation. Just a few items that were very disturbing.
