Spacious apartment with friendly host. Long but crowdy sandy beach.

Spacious apartment. Friendly host, who letf free water and beer in fidge as a wellcome gift. We also got local magnet sticker as a farewell gift. Good Georgian and sea food ("Galeb") restaurants in the vicinity (les than 5 min away

Was exactly what we needed for our trip

The host was lovely and very accommodating. The unit was clean and inviting. She had wine and snacks waiting for us in our room. It was as pictured. The view from the balcony was lovely. Very convenient for our particular trip because our friends were staying close by. Was handy having a convenience store on the corner, as well as restaurants and the beach within walking distance.

It was a little difficult to find the building upon arrival. I suggest getting clear instructions before leaving because the phone service was spotty. The unit was small for our length of stay, we were there for 9 nights. But great for a shorter stay.

Great potential

The host is extremely pleasant. There are towels, cloths, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, an iron, an iron table, a hairdryer and hand soap provided in the appartment. The location of the appartment is great, there is a store nearby, and a lot of restaurants. The beach is also near, 5-10 mins of walking. The appartment is very close to the main road, so it's great if you want to visit other beaches and towns. There is a yard set of two chairs and a table under a huge, beautiful grapevine canopy which provides shade. It's very cosy.

There is no ventilation in the apartment. There are only two windows, of which the bigger one cannot be opened because it doesn't have a bug net and there are a lot of bugs, which leaves you with one small window. The bathroom has no ventilation either. The appartment smells really bad because it can't be ventilated. There are a lot of bugs in the appartment (mosquitos, spiders, flies) even if we had an anti-mosquito device working. The appartment wasn't very clean. There were spider webs on the windows. There was dust falling off the air conditioner. If these minor issues were fixed (ventilation in the bathroom, a bug net, and a deep cleaning) the appartment would be great.

Exceptional

We totally enjoyed our stay at this place. It is located not far away from the bus stop, and just 10-minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything you need (fridge, air conditioner, cooker, dishes, etc.) We had a room with a mountain view and it was very quite and peaceful. And also I can not fail to mention the hospitality of the owner - we felt like home thanks to her!

1. Host hospitality. Nadezhda is very welcome. 2. Everything is as seen on photos. 3. Kitchen is very well equiped. 4. Lots of TV channels available. 5. Everything is clean. 6. Private parking with roof. 7. Host does registration for you which is convinient. 8. Big terrace with mountains view.

1. Wi-Fi is not stable all over apartments. 2. Some of the pillows are too high.

Pobyt bardzo udany

Bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna właścicielka apartamentu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dość blisko do morza, bardzo blisko do marketu. Bezproblemowy parking pod obiektem (duży bus). Wynajmowaliśmy dwa apartamenty, jeden 4 osobowy, drugi 5 osobowy. Apartamet 4 osobowy mały, ciężko usiąść do posiłku w 4 osoby przy jednym stole, brak tarasu, mało miejsca. Apartament 5 osobowy dużo większy, wygodniejszy, z dużym tarasem. Ogólne wrażenia bardzo pozytywne, apartament czysty, sprzątany, wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Na powitanie zimne piwko (bardzo przydatne po 15 godzinach spędzonych w busie).

Wielkość apartamentu 4-osobowego. Bardzo kiepskie oświetlenie w apartamencie.
