• Generally fast internet connection, although not entirely reliable – may drop from time to time or be almost unavailable in some rooms/areas of the apartment. • Fairly close to the coast, about 600 m on foot. • Quite sunny.
• Poor soundproofing – you hear every single noise from the apartment below (water, chatter, etc.). • Semi-transparent curtains on the windows/balcony doors, so the light hits you straight in the eyes from early morning. • No mosquito nets which, combined with the old noisy A/C, makes sleeping problematic. • Loutish hostess – when asked to replace toilet paper (free toiletries listed in the description), she just literally pointed outside and said: “in the store. I’ll give you now, later you buy.” • Poor shower drainage – there’s always a swamp about a centimeter deep. • No trash bin in the bathroom. • Unreasonably early checkout for a beachside place, at 9 a.m.
