Lovely hotel in a very quiet location perfect in everyway

Amazing hotel, staff could not have done more for us, Lovely welcome when we arrived ,room was exceptional very spacious and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast every morning was also amazing lovely selection of meats & cheeses ,eggs every day. All very good value, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Already booked a return stay .

Very nice place. Friendly helpful staff, great food, great experience. It felt like a nice big house. The boss even found a little place for me to hide my motorcycle to protect it from the rain. Food was great. I chose this place because it was within the area for the Zipfel Pass - as you have to stay the night in the area - ChatGPT said this placed qualified. In fact the local office didn't even care to check my receipt!

I am not sure if they use sensitive-skin washing powder on the sheets. It would be nice if that option exists, or the website makes clear.

Lovely place to relax in the nature!

Great place with a very lovely staff. Quiet, relaxing and so peaceful. It’s a perfect spot to get away and have some rest from a buzzing city life. The restaurant at the place serves delicious breakfast and dinner. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pets friendly!

Noisy on the 1st night as restaurant customers (we think they were) stood outside late at night, smoking and talking loudly, disturbing our sleep. Didn't happen on subsequent 2 nights thankfully!

Much too expensive for what they had to offer

It was okay but not good. (Even if you see a smiley face for this message). I found it very disappointing that they closed the restaurant for the 2 nights I spend there. Maybe that’s why I got a discount, but I would’ve appreciated it if they stated it more clearly that they were closing it. Now I had to walk 2 km to get to the nearest restaurant.

The price is too expensive for what you get. There’s no filled minibar, just a tiny fridge and a little bottle of flat water. The cushions were way too soft, so I didn’t sleep very comfortable. There were no options like shampoo, shower gel or washcloths and those are things you normally should get for these prices. And with no breakfast because of a closed restaurant I found I should’ve paid even less than €127,- for 2 nights. It didn’t feel like a hotel, but just an overnight stay.

Teleurstelling

Kamer was op zich prima. Personeel niet gezien, alleen telefonisch gesproken. Erg vriendelijk.

Geen ontbijtmogelijkheid. Geen faciliteiten op de kamer dwz Geen koffie of thee. Geen enkele mogelijkheid om bijvoorbeeld in de avond een drankje te halen. Alleen een fles water op de kamer. Telefonisch was aangegeven dat het restaurant dicht was. Niets over ontbijt gezegd. Voor een kale overnachting wel behoorlijk aan de prijs.

Het bed was zalig en de keuken was goed. Personeel was erg aardig! Locatie goed voor wandelen en fietsen.

Het ontbreken van airco het was een warme dag waardoor het op de kamer best warm was.

Superfijn verblijf met heerlijk eten in een mooie omgeving!

Fijne en leuke locatie, heerlijk (avond)eten, een fijn terras achter zowel als voor. Rust, vriendelijk personeel, aardige gastvrouw etc., kortom gewoon een heerlijk en gezellig hotel waar je je direct welkom voelt. Prima ook voor een kort verblijf (zoals wij hadden). Ook het bed in onze kamer was uitstekend. We hadden geen ontbijt, maar bij ons vertrek zagen we wel de gedekte tafels met het ontbijt, dat er goed verzorgd uit zag. Verder een groene omgeving die we niet hebben kunnen verkennen, alleen daarom al komen we zeker terug!

Niets, alleen vanwege de warmte misschien airconditioning, maar we hebben ons daar niet aan gestoord.

Locatie is top! Vriendelijk personeel. Rustig hotel.

Wc was niet schoon. Donzen dekens vindt de een heerlijk maar ik lag enorm te zweten (in de zomer is het veel te warm). Maargoed dat is persoonlijk.

+ goede ligging aan dorps- en bosrand + ruime parking aan het hotel + voortreffelijk restaurant aan het hotel + aangenaam terras bij goed weer (aan voor en achterzijde) + propere kamers + vriendelijke uitbaters

+/- het ontbijt was zeker lekker, wel iets te eenvoudig (geen cornflakes, yoghurts, geen croissants of ontbijtkoeken). - niets (geen negatieve opmerkingen)

Fantastisch!

Ik heb nog twee dagen bijgeboekt. Het hotel beviel goed. Beneden is er een restaurant om te eten. Deze was zelfs met de Paasdagen geopend. De hotelkamer was zeer ruim en schoon. De locatie is fantastisch!

Er is geen lift. Met een zware koffer is het even flink tillen naar de eerste verdieping.

Geweldig!

De locatie was geweldig, dichtbij de natuur en bij winkels en toeristische attracties zoals het Freibad van Gangelt. De kamer was ruim en zeer schoon. De bedden waren goed. Ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Het was er rustig in de nacht. Ook geen last van andere gasten gehad.

Het enige wat er naar mijn idee ontbrak was een lange spiegel. Er was een spiegel in de badkamer, maar daar kon je jezelf niet helemaal in zien.
