I am looking forward to the next stay at their place!

It is a very special location with a very cosy a bar-restaurant attached to it. The two people running the place, Ed and Frans, are both wonderful, uncomplicated people who will help you with any problem you may encounter. The breakfast is included and wonderful!

Parking is a bit complicated in the area, especially during daytime and Thursday evenings (then it is not free).

Authentic staying at uncles’ home vibe

The owners are very friendly. Feels just like home! This feeling can’t be replaced. So overall it’s a wonderful experience.

No air conditioner. And the bed is a bit too soft for me.

The owners are very friendly, with a warm welcome drink to start the stay. It is good value for money, with a simple but still good breakfast included. Location is good as well, not far from the train station, and also have direct bus connection to attractions like Gaia Zoo, Kasteel Hoensbroek.

The building itself is pretty old, therefore it has all the problems with an old building -- ventilation not so good, and noise insulation rather bad. To whom are sensitive about noise, my suggestion is to bring earplugs -- you will find them very necessary.

Amazing friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Great location for working at APG office. Amazing breakfast and a lot of amenities provided in the room.

The warm greeting from owners , i think franc and Ed are best chefs try their suttee .. very clean room and beautiful decoration , 5 start cozy room really ... I will definitely go back for a visit.

The hosts are truly fantastic. Nice, clean well appointed rooms. Good location if you work at APG.

I felt really welcome.

Authentic and unique location. Very cozy feeling. Lovely people running the place. I would not want to go anywhere else when I am staying in Heerlen again. Everything was well taken care off. Good breakfast and a welcoming drink with a nice welcoming chat accompanied with it.

I liked the oldness of it. It gave a unique feeling to it, but I can imagine some people would not appreciate it.

Een fijne Bed en Breakfast!!

Aardige mensen. De kamer was mooi wel een beetje oud maar dat brengt wel een fijne sfeer. Koffie, thee, ed stonden klaar.

Jammer dat we de badkamer moesten delen. Maar het was een zeer ruime badkamer met ligbad en een fijne douche.
