Muntri Grove

This hotel is super cute with lots of character. It is very well located with good food options nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too.

I thought the air conditioning was inconsistent but not uncomfortable.

Cute boutique hotel houses in a heritage building. The staff were super friendly and helpful and despite being in the middle of Georgetown, the property gave off very resort like vibes. Location was close to all the attractions and within walking distance (though the weather makes a few hundred meters feel a lot longer!) They had complimentary afternoon tea and ice cream for the guests. The rooms were also very spacious.

The only downside is that it is close to the bars - you could still hear the bass from neighbouring bars at night. However I felt like the air conditioner muffled a lot of the noise. If you stay on the lower level, you can also hear the upper level noise when they move around. Water pressure in the shower in my room could also be improved.

Room is spacious, beautiful decoration Staffs were very attentive and friendly. Great location, easy access to town by walking. The bed is firm which we like it.

Noise from neighbors at night until late night was very disturbing and super difficult to sleep. The hotel provided earplugs but didn’t help much. Perhaps next trip we must avoid weekend. Shower set could be improved in order to get better water pressure.
