The location, the spacious and well equipped house. The private parking lot is very convenient. The view from the terrace and the outside seating is very nice. We appreciated the very effective and responsive hosting service.
The run down garden around the house with spread "poison" signs. Although the house is comfortable, it is showing signs of aging and probably needs a refurbishment. Particularly on the electric system side (not enough sockets and very old ones broken) which can really be a security issue. Also hot water was a bit short for two showers even being very conservative.

L'emplacement, bel espace de vie, la balançoire dans la cours, le coin bbq tout abrité, la cour pour mettre la voiture. Maison très saine. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. La vue vers l'océan. Le wifi de qualité Le professionnalisme du personnel pour la mise à disposition des clés Localisation parfaite
Il manque un four et des torchons, rien de méchant au fonds

L'indipendenza della soluzione abitativa, il silenzio e la tranquillità della zona, il patio esterno e il mini-giardino. La casa è grande. In cucina c'è già tutto per poter cucinare: dalla macchina del caffè al microonde, dalle spugne nuove a disposizione alle pentole e piatti.
E' molto umida.
