El alojamiento cumple con lo básico para una estancia breve, muy cercano a la estación y a corta distancia caminando de varios puntos turísticos. Las instalaciones de baño y cocina funcionan perfecto.
La limpieza fue un tanto deficiente, el departamento es amplio, pero bastante oscuro, requiere tener siempre encendida luz artificial. Estuvimos 4 días y solo se hizo limpieza para el check in. La calle en la que se encuentra ubicado de noche no parece muy segura, un poco solitaria.
