Beautiful hotel nice view

The property was very clean. the staff were very nice and friendly the hotel was very well kept and very quiet. The hotel was close to many stores my fiancé and I will be back again breakfast was very good and tasty

Ok for short stays, remember to bring water.

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the cost of the room was decent.

The room was a but dirty when I came in, floor was dusty and the bedsheets had hair on them. The AC was really loud in my room (I don’t think that is a problem across the whole hotel, probably just my room) and there was a constant drooning noise coming from the corridor (luckly the AC noise cancelled that out). The biggest issue was when I arrived at the room late at night just to sleep until next morning there was no drinking water in the room. Not even if I wanted to purchase from a minibar or something. I believe is quite common to provide guests with water when staying a single night in a room that has other kitchen facilities but no water dispenser.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

The staff was courteous and I liked he care they had with the room service. The breakfast was very good and served with variety. Good location close to commerce and stores as well as transportation options. Would recommend it!

The quality of the bedding sheets could be better. The pillows were too thin and the room could have had water for the guests. However these details did not bother us too much. We asked for more pillows and the staff was prompt to help us at any time.

the address of the place is registered at the back street that got me on trouble calling Uber, the room could me better equipped like having a bottle opener and the place has no market nearby so i had to walk like 7min to get something

La exelente atención del recepcionista y la habitación que era hermosa, realmente muy cuidados los detalles y de muy buen gusto, ademas de ser muy cómoda. El desayuno muy variado, fresco y también atendido muy cordialmente.

Faltó algun tipo de persiana o cortina blackout para que no entre tanto el sol a la mañana temprano.

. Fui muito bem recepcionada no Check-in, pelo funcionário do plantão. . Da Limpeza, especialmente do zelo da funcionária Sra. Maria. 🙏 Que Deus continue abençoando a todos que fazem a diferença por onde passam.

. Dos itens listados como oferecidos, não há no quarto o secador de cabelos. Atrasei 1 dia meus compromissos. Precisei ficar mais um dia. (E continuei sem o secador). Se ao fazer a reserva o hóspede é informado que há o item, vc não se preocupa em colocar na mala! . O Micro-ondas do quarto está enferrujado por dentro e descascado. Perigoso usar um equipamento neste estado. Não tive coragem. . A iluminação do quarto é fraca, e para piorar, uma das lâmpadas principais (de um spot duplo), está queimada. Providenciei uma lâmpada, nem assim ela foi trocada. Me foi informado que sábado e domingo não há manutenção. (???). Ler, impossível.. . No dia que cheguei, solicitei à Recepção um lençol, por volta das 19h30. Recebi o item quase 00h00... . No box do banheiro não tem suporte para sabonete, shampoo, creme... é um desafio. Se posso resumir, o Hotel tem ótimas instalações, mas falta aquele cuidado que faz toda a diferença. Isso pode ser testificado ao observar as cortinas do quarto 301, do 8° andar... Minhas palavras não têm o intuito de uma "crítica"; mas a observação do que decepciona o hóspede, porém, não é difícil resolver. Basta um pouco mais de boa vontade.

O quarta é bem confortável e disponibiliza uma área com microondas, pia e armários, além de uma bancada para refeições…

Senti um pouco de mini pedrinhas entre os lençóis, e é desconfortável ter que descer até a recepção para abastecer o frigobar, então se precisa de algo já leve na entrada.

Um ambiente tranquilo e agradável

Gostei do hotel porque me senti bem acomodada e segura. O estacionamento é muito bom, com vagas espaçosas. A localização é muito boa, especialmente por ter o Shopping bem perto, bem o comercio. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade de itens.
