Good value for money with really friendly staff. Slight issue with the plumbing in my room and the air con was temperamental. Overall it was a good experience

Need to improve their variety of languages or have at least 1 bilingual person since it was a bit hard to communicate. The shower was leaking 24/7, the air conditioner turned off randomly but most of the staff was very polite and tried their best to make me feel welcomed.

It’s a great to stay as Bussiness traveler . The internet inside the rooms, is really bad. They need to improve the internet.

The hotel is not situated in the city center, but from the city and from the airport you can easily reach it by Metro (Pavuna station) and bus riding to Shopping Mall "Grande Rio".
The rooms are very comfortable, big and welcoming. There is also a fridge inside, which is filled with various drinks and snacks!
The receptionists are super friendly, unfortunately most of them speak only Portuguese. There were 3 staff understanding pretty good English and helped wherever they could!
The breakfast was good as well and the rooms are being cleaned on the guest's request.
The hotel is perfect for people preferring calm areas in a huge city like Rio and still wanting to easily reach tourist attractions, city center and beaches.
I will definitely book this hotel again at my next trip to Rio. Obrigado!
