Avoid this place.

This hotel is in a bad part of Rio de Janeiro. It is not safe and I was very disappointed. The pictures on booking.com do not come near to the actually location. It would be better to spend the night in the airport. There were stains on the linen as well.

Could have been great, if pool and bar were open.

Good price. Friendly staff, but very slow. Good rooms, comfortable beds.

Bar was closed the entire stay, as was the pool area. IE there was absolutely nothing to do at the hotel. We would have liked to sip some drinks by the pool or at least in a bar, but it was not possible.

Awful hotel, do not stay there

One or two members of staff where good !

From the moment we arrived we had problems, the receptionist said the booking was for one person in a double room, which it wasn’t , so we cancelled and booked again to educate her, then she wanted “ID” for our 18 month twins ! Which meant we had to get photocopies of birth certificates e mailed to her (seeing them wasn’t enough) the hotel is run down , lifts don’t work properly , room was tired with leaky air conditioning, loose tiles and mould in bathroom. No restaurant because of Xmas , and no where to eat nearby ! I stay in 100’s of hotels do trust me this is bad bad bad !

Gostei muito do quarto, decoração excelente, cama muito confortável e quarto super limpo. Café da manhã de primeira linha , bem servido e um ambiente muito agradável, serviço de manobrista rapazes muito educados e prestativos!

Localização, quarto de forma geral e mini mercado ( muito útil poder ir a qualquer momento comprar algo).

Durante os dias de hospedagem, os funcionários do hotel dirigiram-se diariamente ao quarto para questionar sobre a necessidade de reposição do frigobar, troca de toalhas, roupas de cama ou itens de higiene. Ressalto que há telefone disponível no quarto para esse tipo de solicitação. A abordagem foi excessiva e acabou gerando desconforto. Em uma das ocasiões, inclusive, eu estava dormindo, e mesmo assim a campainha foi acionada repetidas vezes até que atendêssemos. Essa situação ocorreu ao longo dos três dias de hospedagem, impactando negativamente a experiência. Adicionalmente, foi possível perceber odor de cigarro no corredor, o que causou incômodo. Também destaco a ausência de ventilação adequada no elevador, corredores e na recepção, tornando os ambientes abafados e pouco confortáveis. Outro ponto a ser considerado é que a área externa não possui iluminação adequada no período noturno, o que inviabiliza sua utilização com segurança. Além disso, as cadeiras localizadas próximas à piscina estão posicionadas muito próximas umas das outras, gerando desconforto e dificultando a circulação dos hóspedes. No quarto, o ar-condicionado encontra-se mal posicionado, direcionando o fluxo de ar para a porta, além de não apresentar eficiência adequada no resfriamento do ambiente. Por fim, a isolação acústica é insuficiente, sendo possível ouvir nitidamente a televisão do quarto ao lado gerando desconforto.
