Gostou muiot de como a equipe é treinada para u bom atendimento.. Rápidos e amistosos para melhor (me) atender. Uma segunda coisa foi poder ter esticado a minha estadia por quase 1 h e 30 minutos sem nehum custo.

O café da manhã, no segundo dia, alguns ítens, simples, como pão, já haviam acabado antes das 9:00.

Localização, tamanho dos quartos, café da manhã vasto e saboroso, atendimento atencioso dos funcionários, preço. Excelente ar condicionado. Garagem satisfatória, muito importante para o local. Bom chuveiro com água quente farta e boa temperatura. Ótima localização para quem deseja conhecer/frequentar os ótimos restaurantes e bares nas imediações.

Blackout da janela e da varanda mofados, precisam ser substituídos ou no mínimo lavados. Colchão confortável, mas não tem sistema de molas isoladas, fazendo com que qualquer movimento por ocupante se propague para o lado do outro ocupante. Merece ser substituído por outro de tecnologia mais atual. Também conviria substituir o tamanho de casal para queen. Seria bom disponibilizar dois travesseiros por pessoa.

Melhor custo benefício das redondezas; quartos maiores que possibilitam receber famílias, tem a opção de aquecer refeições, recepção eficaz e solicita, ótima localização com muitos bares, restaurantes e comércio próximos e ótimo café da manhã, estacionamento gratuito.

Armário precisando de reparos (nos dois quartos que me hospedei estavam desgastados), faltando acessórios no banheiro, como porta toalhas.

Hospedagem adequada (01 noite apenas). Para período maior talvez olhasse opções à volta.

Na chegada uma primeira impressão positiva: entramos no estacionamento e lá pudemos deixar o carro até o check-out, sem custo adicional. O quarto, um apart-hotel (com estrutura de micro-ondas, louças,...) tem um muito bom tamanho. Dá condições para fazer alguma refeição no local, se for o desejo do hópede. O banho é muito bom: ducha forte em bom tamanho de box e banheiro. A localização é muito boa, em meia a opções de mini-mercado, restaurantes, bares... Na cobertura uma piscina e um deck que permitem momento de descontração e um belo visual para as montanhas.

Entre todos os itens que vestem um equipamento hoteleiro, o principal, ao nosso ver, é a cama: pequena e barulhenta. Ou seja, não fosse por ela, teríamos descansado melhor e saído com outra impressão do hotel. Toda a estrutura é boa mas este item, tão relevante e que, de certa forma, é o motivo da hospedagem, precisa ser revisto. Também mereceria para uma pintura (bastante manchas nas paredes pelo uso corriqueiro) e o estado das cortinas black-out. Até cumprem a função de bloquear a luminosidade, mas precisam de uma conservação.

A garagem do térreo é ótima, mas as vagas acabam rápido, restando as vagas no andar de cima, que tem uma subida muito íngreme. Meu carro derrapou muito, com as rodas molhadas não subiu e tive que estacionar na rua mesmo.

Funcionários muito atenciosos e localização

Limpeza do banheiro, azulejos com limo. A água do chuveiro saia marrom. Camas extremamente desconfortáveis. A de casal tinha uma divisão no meio, essa divisão era alta. Os colchões moles e cheios de buracos de marcas do corpo. As águas para comprar ficam na recepção dentro de um pequeno frigobar usado pelos próprios colaboradores e não tem nem agua com gás.
