De ligging is perfect. Het appartement ligt aan de weg, maar met de deur dicht hoor je niets. Ondanks het compact is zitten alle faciliteiten erin. Een wasmachine is waardevol.
We hebben een week geslapen op een bedbank.Het matras is zacht en tevens de kussens. Dat gaat je na een week tegenstaan. Er mag echter wat klein onderhoud gepleegd worden. Zoals: een lampje aan de muur aanschroeven, douche matje, steviger tafel op het balkon, etc...Met name aan de tafel mag iets meer uitgegeven worden dan het goedkoopste.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel dans une résidence bien entretenue et très bien placée dans Biarritz. Notre hôte a été très agréable, disponible et soucieuse de notre bien être.
Les places de parking gratuit sont un peu éloignée en haute saison.

Pas de petit déjeuné , sur l'annonvde de base parking , je m'en suis sorti pour 19€ ? Arnaque.
Chauffage moyen , pas facile d'utilisation.
