On the 1st line, facing the ocean, this spacious, bright and East/West crossing apartment is located on the 5th and last floor of a luxury residence (with elevator), private swimming pool and 2 tennis courts in a 2ha park with caretaker (in summer) and collective parking. Unique on the Basque Coast by its location on the waterfront between Milady beach and Marbella beach, with direct access to Milady beach. Superb sunsets guaranteed.
The apartment is composed of a large living room facing the ocean but ACCESS TO BALCONIES IS PROHIBITED (due to work planned on the entire residence). The work will not start before October 2027. The bedroom and kitchen (well equipped) are facing east, 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 separate toilet with washbasin. In the living room 1 sofa bed.

Bus line at the gate of the residence to Biarritz-centre, Bayonne, Bidart.... direct service to the train station and the airport.
Rental price: between 400 and 900€ per week depending on the period.
