- Immeuble vétuste - parties communes salle -Odeur désagréable dans l’appartement -Salle de bain très humide zéro aération et la VMC ne fonctionne pas. -Mur avec bcp de taches d’humidité. (Voir photos jointes). -Joints de la douche extérieur noir (causé humidité) -Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres de la chambre ! Vu direct chez les voisins en face ! -Isolation nul, nuisance sonore liée au bruit des voisins du dessous.
