This property is in a great, quiet location with private parking and a lift to the apartment. We were greeted by Robert the friendly owner who welcomed us and answered any questions that we had. His apartment is comfortable with everything that you need and has a large sunny terrace for alfresco dining and sunbathing. There is nearby access via quite a few steps to the Miramar beach where you can stroll along the promenade to the main Grand Plage and shops with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you prefer to avoid the steps then you can walk down the road past the Hotel du Palais to the Grand Plage. If you like surfing then this is the place for you with plenty of waves to catch. We had an enjoyable holiday and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Biarritz.

Appartement très fonctionnel, accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, parfaitement situé/ à la mer, 15 mn de marche des halles. Terrasse bien pratique et agréable.

We had to book an apartment at the last minute (two days to our flight!) and Robert came to the rescue. He responded to my emails very quickly (often immediately) and answered the phone every time I called. We sorted everything out in one day.We were greeted at the apartment by his son and he showed us around the apartment - including the impressive balcony - where we spent a few evenings having a bbq using the small electric bbq provided. The apartment is wonderful - even better than the photos suggest.We loved the position of the apartment - a short walk down the steps to the fabulous Miramar beach - and in the other directions to the district of St Charles where you will find two small supermarkets and an abundance of cafes, restaurants etc.Robert was always available for contact if we were not sure about anything.Thank you so much for helping us out and giving us one of our best holidays ever!We will definitely return.
