Location was good because of near by metro station.

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the Ramada brand standards. There were several management and service issues that made the stay uncomfortable. Major Issues: • Poor Climate Control: The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made it very difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. • Breakfast Shortages: The breakfast buffet was a major letdown. The quantity of food was very low, and they were constantly running out of items. On one occasion, there was no orange juice; I had to ask a waitress, who then had to send someone out to the store just to buy some. • Lack of Hospitality: The staff did not seem very welcoming or proactive. The check-in process was notably slow, and we were kept waiting for a long time after a tiring journey. • Housekeeping Oversight: Every single day, we had to call and remind room service to provide bottled water.
