We stayed around 4 days in Ibisi Istanbul hotel, the overall experience is not bad however the staff needs to be a bit more welcoming and friendly to their guests. There was only one employee who smiled and showed us welcoming attitude during our stay. Rooms are cozy however very small and the telephone wasn’t working. We requested an iron and laundry but they said tomorrow but no one provided anything. The breakfast was fine but very limited options. The location was very good since it’s in the center and is near to the metro and bus station, also it’s noisy since all good rooms are street view. I would recommend a soundproof window glass to improve guests experience.

The location is quite convenient, with good transport access and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room felt modern, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel has a simple yet stylish design throughout, although that also means the amenities and in-room storage are somewhat minimal. The staff were friendly and approachable, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.

I was satisfied with the clean and stylish room, although there was some traffic noise because it faced a main street. The interior design of the room is minimal and functionally arranged, but I feel that there are few storage facilities such as drawers.

There are no concierge to help you with the bags. The staff are very aggressive l ask for upgrade to sweet and the told me there are run out of it and I found availability by AGODA. They charge me ***€ for two rooms because a booked through AGODA and at the same they charge ***€ for the room per night if the booking happened through them immediately.
