    I chose Istanbul Marriott Hotel Şişli mainly for its excellent facilities. They offer free access to the sauna, hammam, hot stone bed, 24hrs gym and indoor pool, while the indoor tennis court and massage services are available at an additional cost. However, I was quite disappointed with the communication. I had requested to be informed about the availability of a tennis coach, but no one ever got back to me. Even if there were no available slots, I believe a 5-star hotel should take the time to respond to guest inquiries. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near the Şişli metro station, making it easy to travel anywhere around Istanbul. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good selection.

    I had a wonderful stay at the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Şişli. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with great city views. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is excellent—close to shopping areas, restaurants, and easy access to public transport. The breakfast and dining options were also fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh choices. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again!
