Not bad

Property is clean, relatively good equipped with amenities. Quiet. Location is walking distance to ski lift, close to the center.

Celling is low as the door height. Little bit confusion with internet. In instruction in English there is no password for WiFi. We found it In German Instruction.

Not as nice than in pictures

The location was good with short walking distance to nearest supermarket and Bad Hofgastein center. The apartment was also very quiet.

We stayed in apartment 6 in the base floor. The apartment was very dark even in daytime with no views. The air ventilation was very poor, which resulted in the apartment having stale and humid air. There was even mold on the wall in one of the two bedrooms. The furnishing was also not as nice and modern as in booking.com pictures. The lower rack of the dishwasher was also not working properly due to which we ended up washing all dishes by hand. Overall this was not the best experience and I would not like to stay here again.

The communication with the manager, very difficult. the heating in the appartment was to low, we had a small baby with us.

Cleanest between 8-10 (somewhere missed, somewhere perfect) Kitchen between 8-10 ( no places where to put near cooking, ventilation lights bad - need to fix, but there are everyting what do you need: dish washer, coffee maker...) Good location, near the center. Apartment inside - in common 9-10

All night I thought, that bed will break, you hear all movement. I wasnt expected that it will be underground/0 floar. But...it has terrace, which is under stairs... There are no any view (mountines, garden) from inside. I was not espected this. We wouldnt take it if we knew that. Ventilation is bad done. If all windows closed, then all air is taken from canal, which is common with canalizacia... Smell not nice...you can also feel if somebody smoke in this building. We are non-smoking family and this smell didnt make us happy...

Kleines Ein-Zimmer Appartment, bei Sauberkeit könnte man nachbessern!

Der Skikeller mit beheizten Skischuhständer Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Beschreibung, wie man zum Apartment gelangt. Die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin, da die Haustür zugesperrt war und wir lt Beschreibung eine offene Tür vorfinden hätten sollen. Es wurde uns umgehend geholfen.

Das Backrohr war leider schmutzig vom Vormieter. Wurde offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Das Appartment war im Untergeschoss und es befanden sich zwei Spinnen im Appartment und Spinnweben im unteren Bereich der Küchenzeile, Leider gibt es keine Ablage neben den Betten und nur auf einer Bettseite eine Nachttischlampe. Parkplätze wurden von anderen Gästen so verstellt, dass weniger Autos Platz hatten und wir auf die öffentliche Straße ausweichen mussten.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in den Bergen.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung, die gut an das Bussystem angebunden ist.

Wohnung war ein bisschen abgewohnt, Esszimmerstühle waren abgesessen. Zu wenig Parkplätze vorhanden.

موقع الشقة بعيد عن مركز القرية ولايوجد مصعد والأثاث قديم والغرفة الثالثة صغيرة جدا ويوجد بها سرير طابقين ودولاب صغير حمام الاستحمام يخرج الماء خارج المكان ويوجد في الشقة غسالة ملابس ولكن لاتعمل الا اذا دفعت للفندق 10 يورو لمدة اربع ساعات والبلكونة صغيرة جدا يوجد في الشقة منشفه للاستحمام وكواية ولايوجد تنظيف وعند الوصول للفندق يطلبون وديعة مالية بقيمة 700 يورو كاش ويحسبون المستأجر على كل حاجة حتى الزبالة يجب فرزها وتنظيف الشقة قبل الخروج من الشقة او تدفع غرامة ولذلك يجب الحذر عند استلام الشقة والتأكد ان الشقة ليس بها نقص او إبلاغ الفندق بأي ملاحظة والتوثيق بالصورة لعدم خصم من الوديعة الفندق بقرب عدد 2 متجر هوفر وسبار

الشقة بعيدة . طلب الوديعة عند القدوم كاش وعدم الابلاغ المسبق عنها. محاسبة المستأجر على كل حاجة

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit über Weihnachten bei Ihnen in Bad Hofgastein.

Sehr gute Anbindung zur Schlossalmbahn.Skibus um die Ecke.Kurzer Weg vom Parkplatz in die Ferienwohnung.Restaurants gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Zu wenig Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden.Keine Ablagemöglichkeit (Hocker oder Stuhl) in beiden Schlafzimmern.Keine Sitzmöglichkeit im Skikeller… vielleicht statt den Tisch neben FW Top6 eine Bank.
