Everything, we booked when we were one minute away and Ané dropped everything to accomodate us, gave us tips for further travels, restaurants everything. Room and accommodation was super nice and high standard

Breakfast was from 9-10 which was too late for us. It also wasn't included in the room fee so when we were offered breakfast the night before we thought it would be an add on. The upstairs section of the house is very much someones home, so coming in late and leaving early you left you had to sneak around. Room was pleasant, dated and a very old aircon but comfortable and had all that we needed. The location was safe and in a quite street.
The housekeeper was very rude, she didn't make us feel welcome, talk us through the room, explain how everything worked. I was 8 months pregant and had to ask for help with bags which she seemed annoyed about. She was also annoyed by us not having breakfast, even though we never said we would be joining. She honestly left such a bad taste for us for our stay.
